Tooleybuc Club Motor Inn

Me and my friends travelled from Canberra to Adelaide and had an enjoyable stay in the large family room. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and supplied us with everything we needed. Will gladly stay again. 🙂

Not only are the rooms here great (recently renovated, very comfortable, and well cleaned/maintained) you could not get a friendlier management team. I had a car breakdown when I arrived here, and the owner/management went out of his way to help me, including driving me quite a distance to the next town to help me solve my issue. Truly excellent service.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable with great advice of local attractions. The balcony rooms give a gorgeous view of the lush green golf course towards the river with lots of bird life walking past. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a fantastic ensuite bathroom. I especially liked the roomy showers with easy use soap and shampoo dispensers provided.
Meals at the club are VERY nice with a great range of cuisine.

We stopped here on a road trip from Adelaide to Sydney. It was great. Nice clean comfortable room. We were very grateful for the friendly service over the phone for our late check in.

Stopped here on our trip back home from Adelaide. We were extremely happy with the service and the cleanliness, especially due to our late night check-in. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area.

Quiet and comfortable rooms with good aircon and high flow showers and a pool. No noisy trucks but close to the club and the pub is just down the road for a meal. They also have a type 2 EV charger. If you want an undisturbed night of sleep this is the place.

Beautiful place and well worth a visit.
Our room was so comfortable for our group, and the hosts are fabulous. Motorcycle friendly place and I recommend you get the hot breakfast as it was delicious and delivered with care. Enjoy the short walk along the river path up to the coffee shop or the pub in the centre of town or take the 50 steps to the Sports club next door for a Chinese meal, a beverage or maybe a game of golf or pool.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, meals and drinks close by and entertainment for the kids. Highly recommended.

Quite dated, but VERY VERY clean and fastidious. I was recommended here and a bit apprehensive about where to stay on this stretch (not many options).
However, staff were so friendly and nice. Good old hospitality and very clean and spacious rooms.

Nestled away in a quiet area and very secure away from any hustle & bustle for a quick overnight.

Superb! As good as a country 3 star motor inn gets. The place is super tidy and the room was immaculately clean with a newly renovated bathroom.
The proprietor is very friendly and the kids enjoyed the golf buggy ride to the sports club.
It also has a solar heated pool for a nice dip.
We only went via Tooleybuc to Adelaide due to road closures, but will make this our standard route now. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay and it was just as good if not better. Room was clean and the aircoditioner worked a treat. It was our oasis after crossing the Hey Plain. We will stay again. Best of all, it was a short walk to a great meal at the sports club, and the beer was icy cold.

Very clean & tidy rooms, comfortable beds, no noise from adjacent rooms. Nice shower & plenty hot water. Very quiet location and some rooms have a Pleasant outlook over the golf course. Friendly staff who seem to look after the place like their own house. Plenty parking too

Truly amazing. Cozy, comfortable, great friendly welcome and such a beautiful place to stay. Walking distance to the club that severed the best Thai chicken fried rice. Clean and we will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends.

Nice place to stay. Neat & tidy rooms, beautiful view of the golf course. Perfect for an overnighter or stay a few days and enjoy peaceful Toolybuc. Show your room key at the pub by the bridge for a free drink and grab a good feed while your there..!

After a mistake by the online third-party booking company which resulted in an unsuitable room being booked, the owners went above and beyond to make sure my family were incredibly comfortable and looked after. This a great motel run by great people. Lots of kids entertainment at the next-door sports club with all equipment able to be borrowed at the motel. River is very close so fishing is always an option too!

We stayed at the Tooleybuc Club Motor Inn while travelling through the country and loved it. We wish we could have stayed longer. Super clean. We were impressed. Also super helpful and lovely people. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay again but next time longer. Thanks!

Our room was so comfortable for the family and the staff are fabulous. Our breakfast was delicious and delivered with care.

Travelling on motorbikes from Adelaide to Thredbo and chose this place as our first night stop. Everything was perfect. It's very clean, very quiet, scenic (right on golf course), owners have a bus/transport for groups of guest - nothing has been spared. 2min walk to the Sports Club next door for dinner or easy 15min stroll to the local hotel or take the Murray River walk. Don't stay in the larger town down the road - this place is perfect.
