I had a gift to send oversea today and the lady (Michelle, not sure it’s how it spell) was really helpful and handed and packed painting very carefully because she wants the present can delivery to my mom perfectly. She just made my day brighter :)

Store attendants are helpful and understanding about my deafness

The workers are always kind and helpful. I go here for post, Western Union and deposits to my bank. Mondays will have lines, but the other days are short lines, if any. Passports do require an appt.

Super helpful in lodging my passport application

I got some passport and document things done here today and even though what I needed was a little complex, the assistant was detailed and thorough and very helpful. Everyone is always so nice here.

Every time I have visited this post office all staff members have shown excellent customer service. Today was no exception with staff going above and beyond to assist me locate a parcel I had sent.

Of the 3 post offices in my local area, this one is my favourite. Mostly because of Michelle who is always a pleasure to chat to, and super helpful.

Queues can be very long around closing time on Saturday. But the blonde woman is always helpful, polite and friendly.
