Huge thanks to Daniel for his expertise but more so, his absolute patience with helping my husband and I with phone and iPad issues. Whenever we have any issues, we call in and are greeted with a smile and more problems solved.

I went and purchased a phone today 10 minutes before they close and they still help
me out and they went above and beyond to help me. They were two very nice gentleman and I definitely recommend them

I had several issues with my telephone. I was at a bit of a loss what to do and where to go, but I am a business customer with OPTUS and have been for many years. I was very fortunate to walk into the OPTUS store in Deepwater Plaza, Woy Woy, I was approached by a fellow by the name of Daniel Well Couldn’t have met Nicer gentleman at the storefront. He explains things to me my battery, and my phone was weak. Did not push me into an upgrade, but for me, it was the thing to do Had some issues getting it set up with my account being a business account. He worked yesterday afternoon till 5.30 then I turned up this morning at 9 AM to. Finish business regarding my new phone
Do we totally honest I could not have got a better person with the knowledge to get through the hoops That faced me with the changeover for the phone there was some issues, but Danielle was happy to help me I would highly recommend the Woy Woy OPTUS store Anyone in need of any help with their phone or tech Advice

Kudos to Joshua who went above and beyond today to support me with a few technical issues! Josh was polite, informative and was able to quickly resolve a long standing problem which previously, wasn’t able to be fixed.

I have been trying to increase my streaming speed to TV. 3 days in contact with Optus specialists did not help. 2 told me NBN. NBN is not available where I live. I went in to see Daniel at Woy Woy and he suggested I move the modem near a window and gave me a new sim. I did as Daniel suggested and speeds increased so that I can watch my boxing on TV with speeds from 12 to 48. Best speed previously was 2.4. My phone speed increased from 12 to over 120. Thanks very much Daniel for your expert advice.

The young staff are tech savvy
And right up to the task. I bought a new phone wich i accidentally downloaded a nasty virus the manager fixed my phone no charge and happly sent me on my way. Staff were very competent friendly and courteous 10/10 optus woy woy. Great job you have got a customer for life. Thankyou Yes

Today I visited Woy Woy Optus with a problem. It was solved brilliantly. The young man who served me (Suvi?) was patient, friendly and polite. I am a very happy customer.

I came to the store with intentions to rectify an issue my phone was having. I was greeted instantly by Adrian who quickly identified the problem and fixed it within minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adrian and the team to anyone I know. Thanks Adrian for your help today. Cheers

Josh from Optus from Woy Woy is an absolute legend. I went in to get a new AirPods case as mine broke, though they didn’t sell the cases alone Josh told me he had a spare case & offered me his, upon the offer I offered to pay for it from him though out of the kindness in his heart he insisted on not taking anything from me. Every time myself of my partner have been into this shop Josh has always been friendly, happy & smiling. Every time he has gone out of his way to provide us with the best service possible. What a bloke.

Came into to the Optus store at Woy woy with my uncle who is not the best with mobile phones to get some assistance with getting the Servicensw app on his Samsung. Josh helped us getting it sorted out within seconds, he was patient and knew his Optus products. Very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend coming to see Josh

Really helpful. The guys there are on top of everything, I called to ask questions and they helped me through setting up a plan best suited to me and offered discounts. later even helped set up my nbn in quick time.

Great service in Optus Woy Woy. I had to upgrade my wife's plan and a mobile. The staff members were very attentive and knowledgeable. I got everything I needed very quickly. I highly recommend the shop.
