Coastal Turf

I am so glad I used a local family company. After being told from Bunnings, that Turf would be a little hard to get after the Fire-Ants saga, it was suggested to look at Local Businesses. It was a pleasure to deal with Sarah from Coastal Turf, who assured me that x3 slabs of Buffalo Turf would be cut and ready the next day. Even as I pulled into the yard, the Turf was being wheeled out to my car. Sarah filled me in on the best method of keeping my new grass healthy and ‘alive’.
Cost was even cheaper than Bunnings. Pleased to say, all I’m waiting for is a few runners to fill in the gaps…. In the photos the Turf has been down for x2wks. Very happy as I haven’t always had luck with Bunnings Turf….

The lady I dealt with was efficient and easy to to chat with. Online payment was easy and delivery arrived right on time. The delivery guy was very helpful placing the turf in the right spots which turned out to be spot on. Overall, excellent. I've just got to stop the dogs from digging for a few weeks now.

Coastal Turf are so easy to deal with. They had my turf ready with one days notice along with helpful easy to follow instructions around laying it and then taking care of it. The turf was great value for money and looks amazing.

Have purchased lawn from them for a couple of places. The lawns are healthy and thriving. The quality of the grass is first class. They provide really good advice and seem to take a lot of pride in what they sell.

Sarah in the office was a great help. Put it this way she knows her grass. The blue couch they provided was outstanding here’s a photo of my lawn they provided.

I could not speak highly enough about Coastal Turf. After my initial order, I changed my requirements on Sunday, a couple of days before delivery and they responded immediately and got the extra turf without any hassles. The delivery guy was terrific and really helpful and the ultimate test was the lawn....it is sensational. Every time I had contact with anyone from, Coastal Turf it was friendly, helpful and a pleasure and the turf has lifted our garden enormously.

Sarah from Coastal Turf was very informative in helping us select turf for our home. We came across a hurdle during the supply process and it was rectified immediately without hassle. The real bonus was that they use a truck with bobcat to deliver the turf. This saved us a heap of work in moving the turf from the street to the top of our property. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Turf delivered on time. Quality of the turf was great. What sets it apart is the after sales service. I had a few minor concerns about my turf not growing as expected but I sent a simple email query to them and received an amazingly detailed response the following day which quickly put me at ease and fixed everything. Gold Star servcie from a Gold Star company. A family operation that has provided myself and others on my recommendation with top quality turf and advice. I have purchased on many occassions from Sarah and her family at Coastal Turf. Never had any issues, to the contrary Sarah stopped byin passing to check on our lay! My purchased turf has been used at owner occupied and rental properties and has gone the distance everytime. Not even our active Kelpie x has ran a path through our Blue. Our phone calls were answered or returned as soon as possible with any query we had. Again, very happy.
