We bought a daybed from Illusive Wood Designs. It is super comfy and really well made and also looks great to. It's an excellent place to read a book and watch the sunset. I would highly recommend the daybeds from this company.

While I’m a local, any time I bring visitors to the store, they leave with purchases remarking on how affordable the excellently crafted woodwork is. I’d buy out the store if I had room in my home. Having said that I do have a few pieces. I like that Liam uses recovered wood for his furniture. Beautiful

We received our day bed in January and really love it. Super comfy, looks fantastic and handled the spray from our first heavy downpour with no problems. It was dry within the hour so the fabric seems pretty durable.

I love this gallery. As soon as I walk in I feel at peace. It is so beautiful. The problem is I want to buy all the furniture and all the home wares. Luckily it is affordable and exceptional quality. Love your work Illusive Wood Designs

Beautiful products that you can have custom made to meet whatever your needs are. Also plenty of cool stuff in the shop you can buy ready made. They always pick up the phone when you call them.

This is a great place to view the range of day beds and other furniture and homewares that they sell. The unique furniture is all handmade from recycled timber, and beautiful coasters/chopping boards etc made from camphor laurel. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality and the team there are very helpful with assistance in selecting the right piece for you.

To be clear - the products are beautiful. I ordered 4 chopping boards and two wooden spoons. The customer service however is non existent. I emailed twice before I got a response with tracking information a week later. When I received the package I emailed straight away to advise one of the chopping boards was damaged and sent photos. 2 and a half weeks later they still hadn’t responded so I sent another email. Their response was to make a claim via Australia post for the damage. As per the Australia post website this includes taking the packaging with you - do you keep packaging from a product you received three weeks ago? I don’t. I’ve never dealt with such service. They’ve now asked me to post the chopping board back to them in new condition and they will send me a replacement.

So I’d suggest you take photos when you receive your items from illusive wood and make sure you keep your packaging. Super disappointed as I like to support small business. All this over a $30 chopping board. Save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere. Fab slabs boards are also beautiful and the customer service was outstanding.
