Upon arriving at the clinic, we first noticed how clean and tidy it was. Our interaction with the reception staff was extremely helpful and professional. Dr Matthew Piche put my wife at ease with his professionalism and bedside manner, which continued through the procedure and which was carried out very professionally. I had a full body skin check today with Dr Coldwell and highly recommend him. He was thorough, pleasant to talk to and gives great advice. See you in 12 months for my annual checkup 😊 admin was friendly also, nice clean and inviting place, was well worth the drive.

Thorough service, conducted by a medical professional with the best ‘bedside manner’ I’ve ever experienced. Extremely impressed. I am most fortunate to have been referred to this healthcare provider. Admin staff are exceptional in understanding and response. Treating doctor was highly qualified with experience in surgery in remote areas and cities. I cannot praise him more for his professionalism and results. Whole team receives 11 out of 10 from me.

Numerous doctors treating numerous patients, busy location but found the doctor didn’t rush me through my checkup. Assessed me thoroughly. Great record keeping as they know my details and history. Multiple staff at the front counter so customer service is great. Worth the yearly checkup.

Today was my first time (and long overdue) visit to a Skin Cancer Clinic. I chose the North East Clinic after reading positive reviews on Google. I wasn’t disappointed. My appointment was on time. I saw Dr Taisa. She was lovely. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very thorough and informative. Being a sun lover I was relieved to hear my skin was in good health. I will be making it a permanent annual event and returning here again. 10/10

The appointment was on time and Dr Cooke was very thorough and explained every aspect of his examination. Prior experience with skin checks left me feeling the doctor was just going through the motions and didn’t have the right equipment for a thorough check of any skin lesions but with Dr Cooke I was pleasantly surprised with his use of appropriate tools to do a thorough examination. Highly recommended.

Really recommend everyone have this done as I discovered I had a BCC mole and it got removed the very next day. I didn’t even know it was there. The staff were excellent and so were the Specialists. Will be having check ups every year now. Thank you for your excellent service that we received 😊

It was my first visit and I was very happy with the experience. The reception staff were good; the appt was on time; and the doctor friendly, and helpful in explaining things and providing options.

Both my 13 year old daughter and I had a skin check up, we felt totally comfortable from the moment we arrived and will be always going back, we live in a sunburnt country and all of us need to get any spots checked as advised duration between visits.
