Best Western Ascot Lodge Motor Inn

We like that we could park our car outside our unit. It was also a quiet location. The room was clean and a decent size bathroom with a walk in shower. It had tea making facilities with a mini bar but no microwave. The bed was comfortable. Cascade restaurant offered a good selection of tasty meals. Really enjoyed the lamb rump and the pork chop was succulent. Overall a good overnight stay.

Amazing single rooms, very comfortable , affordable and amazing facilities. I really enjoyed the mini bar and the pool is great to cool off on a hot day . Best restaurant in Goondiwindi really fresh and delicious food, very high class atmosphere. The manager Tamara is super friendly, helpful and funny. Staff is lovely

Always stay at the Best Western Ascot Lodge everytime we are in gundy. Friendly service with the best restaurant in town with a lovely atmosphere and perfect for meeting friends for dinner or a special occasion. Rooms are always clean. Thanks for another great stay!

Stayed here for a couple of nights, and have also done a few times previously for work. i wont question their consistent great service. Great food and warm service especially from the receptionist and kitchen staff. Margaret, new reception, is new to the role but she is doing such a great job!! Will definitely be coming back here when Im around town again

My stay here has been absolutely fantastic, the room is nicely sized and with everything I need to accommodate for my needs, the food is always fresh and tasty, service is superb and the staff are truly wonderful and pleasant, each person I have interacted with has been professional and has gone above and beyond. If I could give more then 5 stars I would glady do so.
My stay felt like I was living in a home away from home.
Brilliant services and experience

I had previously stayed here every year for 10 years to 2013 on my way through to the Gold Coast. I returned in June this year and stayed again on my way through Goondiwindi. Nothing has changed. Still my preferred place to stay. Great room, quiet location, excellent helpful staff.

These pics were in our room and I liked them. The room had a high level in presentation. I loved the amenities & thick towels. The shower was wonderful as the hot water ran quickly & easy to temper. Overall Modern, clean, it had pay TV, well stocked fridge but we did not partake, but the convenience was there. Air con worked quickly as we gave no notice of our arrival.
Note: while we were registering our stay in the office, I had a bathroom emergency & they were so lovely & I was directed promptly. I was silently very grateful. How embarrassing it could have been, but It wasn't at all.

Great hotel in Goondiwindi. Nicely appointed rooms with good sized bathrooms. Has TV, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities and ironing board and iron in each room. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Pool and laundry on-site. Restaurant is very nice and offers fabulous food. Staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay in Gundy. Paul, Ian and team are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms and food are just what you need while on the road - comforting, consistent and lovely. I have stayed here on two separate occasions in the last two weeks and I would highly recommend it to future travellers through Gundy.

Stayed for a quick night on a weekend road trip. Arrived late which was no trouble for the staff. Room was spacious, modern and clean with all the mod cons you'd hope for.

I forgot my toothbrush and it near beat me home! Thankyou to Joel and the Best Western. Representing the accommodating spirit of the town very well. A great town to visit and the best place to stay!

We went for dinner with a client, the food was great and the waitress was very friendly and prompt with service.

Booked last minute online. Was able to check in late. The rooms were beautiful, the beds are the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept on while travelling, the prices were fair. I’ll never stay anywhere else In Goondiwindi. The staff were so friendly as well!

‘Classy’ decor in room all clean and tidy, quite roomy with couch to sit on to watch TV and upright chairs to eat breakfast at the counter. An experience to recommend to anyone.

Very clean comfortable room and bathroom. Exceptional service. We chose this motel solely on the availability of gluten free options in the restaurant. It was packed but we still received high quality meals in a good time frame. We will definitely stay again.

I have stayed in a lot of country motels and I am use to the low standards that country motels offer. After years of travel, I must say that this venue can hold its own with any of the top city hotels. It is ultra clean, well appointed and the restaurant has a menu that is nearly worthy of a Michelin star. Well worth the stay.

I stayed here due to getting a severe migraine whilst travelling. The owners were amazing, having my room ready with aircon on and lights turned down and Panadol for me. The room was very nice and perfectly clean. They were extremely helpful and I am grateful for that. Would certainly recommend.

Was a lovely place to stay, very clean, comfy beds, big bathroom/shower. Good WiFi. I stayed there twice on our way to our holiday an again on way home an would stay again. Room service was great after being in the car all day didn't feel like leaving the room an the meals where yummy an very generous servings.:)
