This veterinary clinic has been so good over the years with my cats. Just took my cat to see Dr Beverley (not a social visit 🤣🤣🤣) So caring & kind & gentle with Holly. Thank you for your care & compassion.

I’ve been going here for my labradoodle’s health check ups for the last 3yrs since moving to Adelaide. I find the staff very patient and knowledgeable. They generally seem quite busy with appointments so that is always a good sign. My little one goes twice a year, once with a vet and the second with a vet nurse (free check-up) which gives added peace of mind. I’ve never had major concerns so I do recommend them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Never had a bad experience going here.

Staff are incredibly kind and caring. Had a couple of appointments so far and each time I've been very impressed by the care provided and time given to answer questions, both during appointments and over the phone. Staff are also very transparent when asked about pricing. I feel at ease taking my pets to this practice and have already recommended it to others in the area.

Great service. They are always so accommodating, and Rocko is always put at ease as he is a nervous traveller at best.

Unfortunately my cat CC had to be put to sleep, which was devastating. Everyone at the vet was so kind and thoughtful and yesterday I received the most unexpected card in the mail. The card sent heartfelt condolences to myself and my family.
I would like to say thank you very much and it was greatly appreciated and will be highly recommending you.

Great service at an affordable price. The staff are always welcoming and friendly showing genuine concern for my pets. Excellent Rabbits Doctors, highly recommend. Excellent with my Cats. More than happy to cross town for them. I always get good solid advice. I can't recommend them enough, excellent!

First visit to this Vet clinic. Wonderful Dr Karen - very caring and thorough - gently handled injured cat and, though he can be difficult with strangers, he clearly felt safe with her - he relaxed while she was examining his injuries - even purred at the end! Thank you for your care. All the staff were lovely - and the fees very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff who really care about pets and their owners. They took great care of my very nervous cat during her dental work last year and even sent her home with treats. Reasonable prices and free follow ups with the nurse included.

My Cat passed away 2 weeks ago and the entire staff were very compassionate and helpful through the whole process. While I had always used them for my cat's healthcare, they really made a difficult and depressing time for me less painful and I greatly appreciated it.

We've been taking our cats here for a few years now and have been pretty happy. Unfortunately this week we had an emergency, and although the outcome was a sad one, the staff were wonderful. They did everything they could and kept us up to date. They showed true emotion and care. I would definitely recommend Hilton Vet centre.

Tara, thank you massively for hosting the puppy school with Coco 2 years ago, you were amazing and I had a such a great experience and learnt a lot! Hannah, thank you as well for the customer service and help with puppy school, you were always so kind. Karen, your Veterinary skills are above and beyond and I’ve always loved your advice and the care you put into your service! Grace, you’re a beautiful soul with a lot to give, thank you for being you and for your advice given over the years. Leah, we only met a couple of times but you were the first Vet I saw and you were simply amazing! Megan, your customer experience was amazing as well and hope you’re enjoying your new location with the company! Thank you!

So for the past year 2 years I’ve been driving 45-1hour to see you all, trust me it’s been worth it! Now, unfortunately due to an extremely busy schedule of running 2 businesses and the things that come along with it, I now have to venture to my breeders Vet of 19 years which for me is only 10 min drive.

This is not a goodbye forever, it’s a bye for now!

The Hilton Vet Centre's medical staff are such amazing and professional people. Dr Karen is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor who took care of our dog. Our dog was not easy to handle, but Dr Karen was so patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend this vet centre! Thank you so much for all your help.

I will never be able to express my gratitude for Hilton Vet Centre and the compassion and care they shown my family tonight when we had to part with our cat Meatball (aka Jack). I would like to take the opportunity to share our story and how much the beautiful team at this clinic have gone above and beyond for my family; the kindness they have shown us today will stay with us forever.

Meatball was 17 years old and had been very unwell over the last few weeks; the team tried so hard over multiple visits to get him back to full health, and he did bounce back a bit so they booked him a check up for Tuesday. Unfortunately his health went in the other direction again very quickly, and he wasn't eating so dad had to syringe feed him. We had a feeling that the Tuesday appointment was going to be our goodbyes; I have moved to Melbourne so I was planning to book a flight to come home and see him one last time and be there for his parting.

When dad got home from work today, he found that Meatball was so sick he could hardly move. We knew it was time to make that difficult call, and as devastating as it was that I couldn't be there, we knew that we couldn't prolong his suffering. Hilton Vet Centre made time to get him in at 6:45pm before they closed at 7pm. My sister now lives and works in Mt Barker and she was stuck up the hill with no way to get down to see him and be there for the procedure, but a beautiful friend of ours dropped everything to rush her down the hill. The beautiful team at Hilton Vet Centre agreed to wait so that she could be there to say goodbye, despite it being past their closing time (on a Friday night no less).

My sister ended up being 25 minutes late and not once did the team show any sign of frustration at being held up past their closing time. When she finally arrived, they even graciously offered to allow my family more time to be with him and say their goodbyes. My sister said that Meatball had charmed their pants off - they seemed enamoured with him and were willing to do anything necessary to ensure that his departure from our lives was as gentle and loving as possible. They were nothing but compassionate to my family, and they made the procedure comfortable and painless for our precious old man.

It's heartbreaking that I couldn't be there with them tonight, but hearing about the incredible kindness shown to us by the team at this clinic was incredibly warming and healing. It was an unspeakably bright reminder that goodness and kindness still exists in this world. They absolutely did not need to be so patient and compassionate with my family - they are running a business after all - but tonight they showed that it is much more than that to them.

To the Hilton Vet Centre team, thank you so much for everything you did for us tonight. I have never experienced such pure human compassion in my life. I spoke with my family at length after everything that happened tonight and we all agree that the world would be a much better place if everyone carried themselves with the level of compassion for others that you all did tonight. We've made a vow to do just that.

To Meatball, we miss you so much, but we are so grateful for the amazing years we got to share with you, and we're glad you are now at peace x
