Very lovely caring people, they ask you a lot if you are doing alright and if you are in pain !

Dr Stephen Dilger is fantastic with my kids. He always laughs at my sons jokes - which is important. The dentists here are all thoughtful, polite and gentle. Staff are very friendly and happy. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks doM Huon Valley

Dr Chris Carr,
A wonderful dentist who hails from South Africa I believe.
He is a very pleasant fellow with plenty of stories and greets you like an old friend, relaxed and welcome.
He is stern enough to make you feel a little naughty for not looking after your pearly whites quite as well as you might have, but friendly enough to make you want to come back for another serve.
A fine balance indeed.

He uses plenty of anaesthetic to make sure those big jobs don't leave you scared for life & fearing a return trip.

Tools and equipment are all top order, X-ray machine on site and displayed electronically for instant news on any problematic areas.
Staff are all very friendly.

Prices are reasonable for a very capable dentist, I would visit more often if I could afford it.

As far as Dental health goes, Dr Carr and his team provide one of the friendliest & comfortable dental surgery I have ever visited.
It manages to avoid that very cold and overtly sterile feel that many dental surgery's seem to have.

Highly recommended! Dr Stephen Dilger, and other staff, are very professional with great communication and patient care. I was very pleased with the quality of the dental work I had completed by Dr Dilger.

Best dentist I've been to in 35 years

Unfortunately my experience was not very good. Essentially this is a dentist who goes for the most expensive option.
I went for an exam for which I was quoted just under $ 200 for exam and OPG. I made it clear that finances were an issue. I also said that I wanted as few x-rays as possible as I am worried about radiation.
Nevertheless Dr Carr did 2 extra x-rays apart from the OPG without my consent or without me even knowing. Plus lots of photos. In the end the bill for an exam came to well over $ 300. Quite a shock when you are on a low income.
Also I learnt later that I could have had the OPG ($ 104) for free at a radiology centre If Dr Carr had only given me a referral.
Dr Carr said one tooth needed a root canal or extraction. My new dentist didn't think this necessary and successfully repaired the tooth!
My 2 stars above are for being expensive and having no regard for the finances or wishes of the patient.
I ended up finding a new dentist and cannot comment on the quality of his actual dental work

thank you dr huch for the wonderful job.....the new product of teeth fillings.....which no one prove is safe for oral environment or not..... and she dug out the last bit of dentin which close the nerve.....later on cause nerve died and root infection.....last November at 2019 then I lost my left upper one molar...at February 2020 ... after few weeks gum bleeding which is pulled out by another horbart holistic dentist ....until I use natural way the aloe Vera gel to help my gum infection and bleeding...
I am here not attack and angry for anyone....just tell the fact and truth....
and I still have lots of the problems from my teeth......natural way to healing is the key.....use more Ginger temeric...aloe vera....

I went to this clinic a few months ago ,the DR hach treated my tooth ,it was no good ,after a few months later painful again ,I tried to call the clinic today ,I said to reception ,I want see the better dentist ,last time the DR hach no good ,then the reception said to me BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY !The clinic not any charge expensive ,even if local people chose go to horbart or kingston clinic,but also the service very bad,I dont recommend this clinic and dentist .
