I went gown hunting with zero idea about what I wanted since I've only worn dress for a grand total of 4 times in my 40 years! Nina welcomed us warmly and, upon realizing how clueless I was, she patiently guided me through various styles, making the experience surprisingly fun and far from daunting. Feeling so comfortable valuing Nina's expert opinion, I brought my future wife to her shop too where she found her dream wedding dress on the very same day! Nina's personal touch and genuine warmth create an unforgettable experience in the often overwhelming world of bridal gown shopping. My last fitting was on my birthday and it turned into a mini celebration with Nina and Harmeet surprising me with cakes, cards and a thoughtful present ❤
Highly recommended, would have given Nina more ⭐ if google will only allow me to! Thanks again!

My niece chose and entrusted her gown creation to Bridal on Payneham. I was able to attend her appointments and watch the dream turn into a reality. Stunning gown and bride. The staff were incredibly kind, patient and respectful. They treat each bride with the same high level of care from initial selection and fitting all the way through the process.

Can't recommend this place highly enough! Nina is absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable & passionate about what she does. She maintains a relaxed atmosphere without pressuring or rushing you. Beautiful & reasonably priced dresses!

Had a fantastic experience at Bridal on Paynhem. They took me in last minute due to having terrible customer service elsewhere, and not wanting to end the day on a sour note, they welcomed me on a busy Saturday. The service here was excellent and Nina was so knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. Even though I didn't end up getting my dress from here, I would highly recommend Bridal on Paynhem.

Had a lovely bridal appointment here with Nina a few weeks ago, she was very down to earth and helpful with no pressure. Appreciated being able to browse through the gowns by myself, as some other bridal stores hadn't let me do that weirdly. Great prices, beautiful gowns, great staff!

The ladies were amazing. Nina was an absolute gem and knows what she is doing and loves it with a passion I can see in her eyes. She made me feel special and listened to me and my ideas. She reassured me that they could make it happen and what she could do and her thoughts as well. She gave me suggestions and allowed me to think about it without any pressure into buying anything. On my second visit the lady that helped me was so lovely as well and told me to do what I wanted and what made me happy at the end of the day. I can not recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much ladies you have really made this experience a beautiful one for me and my team. Can’t wait to see the dress come together. ❤🙏🏽

I have only good things to say about this store. I didn't buy my dress from here, but Nina was SO gracious and kind, we really had a lovely moment. The dresses here are gorgeous but Nina is so much more gorgeous as a person. This is an incredible store to buy your dress from. I can't recommend highly enough ❤

Nina and the staff were incredible helping my friend pick out the PERFECT wedding dress. There are plenty of style options available for every bride. Nina was so helpful giving advice and alteration information to make sure the dress picked was exactly what we were after.

What a fabulous service! I went in really indecisive and unsure what I wanted or what would suit. The owner was really knowledgeable, informative and caring despite me trying on a lot of dresses! In the end found my dress and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience 💓
