Really impressed with the thorough service from Hafele. The customer service staff member guided us over the phone to a range of options that met our specific criteria. Once we had chosen our handles, he guided us through purchasing and our cabinet handles arrived at our home address within 48 hours (from Melbourne to Adelaide). Excellent quality and more than reasonable price.

Really appreciated the support from Brian in Newcastle. He gave me well over 40 mins of his time showing me details of kitchen products, and giving me a stack of information for me to make a decision when I came back to Adelaide. He printed off product details and highlighted key points we had been discussing to make it easier for me. I am very impressed with Hafele products and will be using them in our kitchen upgrade.
