Last night our Miele washing machine of over 15 years broken down where I bought from them under Mr Dishwasher at that time. Rang Adelaide Appliances Gallery which I spoken with one of their service team with the error code and advise to purchase a new one will be more economical. They transferred me to sales department which Mischa talked professional and friendly at all time. She helped me found another Miele washing machine which suit/match the current Miele heat pump dryer. End up I ordered and paid over the phone without visit their shop to see/test the physical washing machine. She helped me to arrange the earliest delivery and installation date too. I had the pleasure of two professional technicians from Mr Dishwasher attend at home to repair my Miele washing machine. They found that there was a buildup of dust on the main circuit board. When wiped off, the problem was fixed. Not bad considering the machine is 10 yrs old! Excellent friendly service with a 30 day guarantee.

Had Chris help me out with 4 appliances for my kitchen renovation, he spent a good couple of hours giving us advice on the best brands and machines that would suit us for our budget. He crunched his numbers and done us an awesome deal and even threw some complimentary cleaning chemicals in. Would highly recommend if your after appliances more at the top end of the market as they dont stock alot of the common brands but alot more knowledgeable than other retail stores as kitchen and laundry appliances are their specialty. Ill be back for the laundry reno😀

We had Fernando come out to repair our Freezer. The guy is an absolute gentleman and takes pride in his work. The repair was conducted in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience to us.

This is a great place if you like personalised service. They dont sell much of the cheaper appliences, but do have some very good mid to upper brands and also have a good range of consumables to go with them.

Quality products, good price and high level of after sales service. Their 'Power of 4' products are great value. Highly recommend.
