Baby Junction

I contacted Baby Junction after searching for a particular portacot that has been discontinued. After having not much luck anywhere else, they got back by email saying they had one left and they could send it to NSW, no problems.

After placing my order, I waited a week and it arrived at my doorstep this morning. It was a very straightforward transaction and I’m really happy with the portacot.

Very helpful and down to earth staff. Great product knowledge and if in doubt staff rang company to check any of our queries further. We researched a few different prams and went to baby junction a few times and each time staff pleasant and very helpful. Provided demos and knowledge on all prams we asked about. Practical and relevant advice given. The store is in a convenient location to visit, easy parking and not overwhelming with plastic baby products. We prefer wooden and natural products. So was a relief after visiting other large warehouse stocked stores. A much nicer experience with good 'old fashioned' experienced service. Friendly lady served me today and opened the door for me and my little one with our pram. They didn’t have what I wanted in stock so they called the other store on Anzac highway store and the girls there held it for me. Both stores had lovely staff

Highly recommend this company if you’re after anything for a baby or kids. They have a huge range of quality products compared to other baby stores. My experience with them was hands down 5 stars.My pram came within 2 weeks and I was always kept up in the loop and when I had a question about my product they called me back within the day.

By far this store is the best in Adelaide for service, range and price. Being first timers we eagerly went into each of the major brand stores expecting to get all of our questions answered and some advice on what would be necessary. Unfortunately we were sadly met with no service, cheap products and prices that were disturbing. After some advice from friends we went to Baby Junction and were so suprised to get the best service that we have had in ages. Their variety was far better than the other stores put together and their prices were better also. During the two hours that we were there the staff made 3 phone calls to different distributors to get information on products for us and further to this spent the whole time going over pros and cons for different products. We were so happy with their service that we purchased all of our goods there and by doing so were offered discount that equaled more than $800 which subsequently bought me my rocking chair for free. I cannot begin to tell you how happy we were with their service and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase baby items. Ask for Kerry she looked after us and made the whole process so much easier.

The service at Baby Junction is amazing. They went above and beyond to help us get a pram. Even shipping it overnight to get it to us as soon as possible. I cannot thank them enough, I would highly recommend them. We went to 2 other baby stores in Adelaide on the same day before we went to Baby Junction and no other store looked after us as well.

I absolutely loved shopping at Baby Junction. The ladies working there are so helpful and informative and go above and beyond to suggest the best products. They offer delivery, car seat installation and helped me pack things into my car, which is much appreciated when you’re pregnant! Shopping here was also a lot cheaper than shopping at competitors with some great sales and discounts. Highly recommend for a very personal shopping experience!

Baby Junction offers the best after sales service. I have three grandchildren who all live interstate and I bought a safe and sound car seat and my 6 month old grandson came to visit and it needed adjustment so I went to Baby Junction to ask how to do this and Sarah spent 45 minutes with us in the car park making sure it was fitted properly for him. She then had a look at my pram that my two year old grand daughter had used and tightened all the straps so my grandson would be comfortable.

Their product knowledge is impeccable and we bought EVERYTHING for our nursery from Baby Junction. I wouldn't even bother going anywhere else. When I decided to get a breastfeeding cushion after my babe arrivesd, I went straight back to BJ, didn't bother wasting my time anywhere else.

If there were to be a description of excellence in customer service you'd find the ladies from Baby Junction's faces alongside it. These women know they're stuff, are professional yet personable, have a great sense of humour, and are just the best... on top of this, they have gone above and beyond when I've really needed something, and have taken it all in their stride as if it's just what they do. A special shout out to my main ladies, the legendary Kerry and Sarah... our experience at BJ has been what it is because of you, and the owners must be so grateful to have genuine, professional, knowledgeable and all round awesome people like you making it all happen. I was reluctant to go to Baby Junction due to reading the below reviews however this was the only store in Adelaide that sold the bumbleride indie stroller that I wanted to look at. I was pleasantly suprised at how lovely and helpful the staff were the first time I went there (during a weekday). The sales lady showed me through all the features of the pram and knew all the important details and she discussed ordering the pram and how long it would take to come in. I then returned on a weekend and they were busy(I was still expecting the staff to be horrible) however once again, I received excellent service. The ladies were friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk with, I was very happy to order my pram through baby junction.They had adequate staff on and I was attended to within 5 mins of arriving.I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend this store to all parents.

All of the staff at Baby Junction were so amazingly helpful and incredibly supportive through every decision we had to make. From getting the best advice on their huge range of prams to hiring and fitting the car capsule, Baby Junction have it sorted. Have been shopping here for years after discovering it with my first son and it is great, everything you could want for your baby and more. It is beautifully laid out so you can see how all the furniture pieces work together and lots of lovely little extras. New owners were wonderful, very knowledgeable and attentive and really helped make the experience. Would highly recommend

I can not recommend Baby Junction enough. They have brands that other stores don't and the staff there know more about the products then any other store I have visited. Two ladies in particular have and continue to go out of their way for me, I constantly call up asking questions about products. They have even ordered items in for me. Great store and great service!!

Fantastic variety to choose from. As a grandma I wasn't sure what to get for the baby shower, but with a Gift Registry and a wide range to choose from this made my selection easy. Great selection, very good quality and high level of service, thank you.
