Good price, good quality, shutters was made at the time.
Shutters was installed on the portable house, It was necessary to fix shutters after delivery (builders fault), problems was fixed for free.
Nice, supportive people.

I wasn't thrilled when I learnt that due to my BAL ratting, I had to put bushfire shutters on my newly built home, but I can honestly say, they look great and actually suit our modern facade.

Customer service is where this company really rises above the rest. The installation team were professional, hard working and personable. It's always a pleasure to speak with Liz from reception, who is always very helpful, and Micheal has been exceptional throughout

Although Bushfire Shutters are relatively expensive, they added 3 full sized rooms to my property that I can use day or night at a fraction of the cost it would have taken to build them.
Our goal was to bring outside/in, which we have certainly done, keeping the bush views, and total privacy and security should we required it, at the push of a button.
We are able to operate the 12 shutters individually, or all at once.
Great knowing you’re totally secure of a night time.

The initial advice we got from the team, before the framing work on the house commenced, meant a smooth process for the later installation of the shutters—it all worked very well. We needed BAL-FZ shutters as part of our renovation requirements. That these FZ shutters are designed to be used every day and not just in a bushfire was essential to us and we are extremely happy with that ability (we use them daily as blinds). The thermal benefits are also amazing. Highly practical and they look fantastic. We could not recommend Michael and his team highly enough. Initially we were concerned about installing bush fire shutters as we thought we would never use them. Now we use them every day! Great at keeping out the heat / cold / noise. I recommend these guys, great customer service.

We have recently had FZ shutters installed as a DA requirement for a two storey house in Hornsby Heights. Whilst we hope to not ever have to use them in the face of bushfire we are enjoying their extra benefits in keeping the warmth in at night, blocking out light in our children’s bedrooms and keeping our home secure. We were concerned about how they would look however they are very modern and we actually like the way they frame our windows and doors. The technology used in their operation from our phones is easy to use and impressive. The company have listened to and resolved all of our concerns during the process. Highly recommend!
