This hotel had absolutely no details of my booking when I arrived and it took me hours to convince them to let me stay. There was a young boy and small girl that were clearly doing all of the work while the two older workshy fopps that owned the place lounged about by the pool all day. The simple addition of some cheese and onion pasties would have been enough to raise this review to 4 stars but it seems like this kind of basic improvement is not even on their radar. And I suspect the place is haunted!
