This good place. Best value in St Kilda with the machines they have. My clothes come out so clean, fresh and fluffy. Theres even a cool cafe next door now.

I used the coin machine to change a note to coins and unfortunately it ate the note without giving me coins. The light was flashing but once the money went in it stopped flashing. Things like this happen, it's completely understandable. What made this unacceptable is that I contacted the phone number and left a friendly voicemail, and then also followed up with a text message. I waited over a week and had no response. I understand issues happen that are out of peoples control but the lack of regard for a customer's money that has now essentially been pocketed by the owners is disgusting behavior.

Poor way to deal with problems that occur. Never had a problem myself but witnessed very unprofessional, aggressive and unpleasant situation with a customer who got her clothes ruined in the dryer today.
