Fullife Pharmacy Mill Park

This has become my local pharmacy, and I must say that I have never received more attentive service from any pharmacy! The staff are all eager to help, are knowledgeable, and there is a minimal wait for scripts. They are not the cheapest pharmacy around, nor do they have all the products that you might find elsewhere, but they have more than enough choice, and the prices are not unreasonable, especially considering the level of service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff in a welcoming environment. Actually, I really can’t over-state the welcoming environment, it feels as though they’ve put a lot of thought into making it a hub for the health of the community, not just a shop. So there’s cafe at the front and a section with desks for conversations with staff, there are couch-like places to sit while you wait for your prescription and glass-walled private consultation rooms. Just a really nice community pharmacy.

I am immensely satisfied with the exceptional service at Fullife Pharmacy in Mill Park. The staff consistently display an impressive blend of professionalism and friendliness, always ready to assist with well-informed advice and support. It would be unfair to single out any one particular staff member. They are all so helpful and caring, engaging with you at a personal level is fantastic. Nothing is ever a trouble, taking as much time as needed with you. it`s a pleasure just walking in door, as you always get greeted.
Again, to all the hard-working crew it`s a review well overdue.

I would like to specially acknowledge; Sophie we have been facing some difficult health issues with my wife recently. Sophie patiently assisted us to fully understand how to administer her required medicines over numerous days and did so with a smile making us feel completely at ease, and when saw us in a few days later took time to enquire about her progress Thank you for your understanding and help

I'm a long time customer of this pharmacy and I keep coming back. This is probably the only pharmacy where you will experience a pleasant atmosphere when you walk inside. I love that you can browse a great range of products and even grab a coffee while you're waiting for your medications. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and always happy to help, the customer service is amazing, and the loyalty program is veeery rewarding 😊

A great team of friendly pharmacists who will respectfully deal with peoples medical requirements. I've seen them all work hard when busy yet will never rush a customer, taking time to listen and help anyone according to their needs.
In mill Park there's an ethnic diversity and different cultures deal with illness in different ways and I've watched pharmacists adapt from chatting bogan Australiana with me only for the pharmacist to change biddy language and tone to help an embarrassed elderly(85+) European lady with all the decorum sufficient so that the relief was seen in the ladies smile as she thanked Sarah for her trouble. I name Sarah (she's very good) but all the pharmacists there are great. Sophie, Oliver and Tim are genuinely considerate, polite people, just to name a few, then there's Tony who can brighten EVERYONE'S day.
I totally recommend this pharmacy, the best I've seen. Though I'm sure the people working there would succeed at anything, that's how good of a team they are.
I'm only giving credit where it's due, if there was a bad thing to say about the place....I would. I'm yet to find one.

Fullife Pharmacy Mill park is the best Pharmacy I have ever been to, the customer service is by far superior to any other pharmacy and the shop layout is very comfortable and welcoming. Really cannot fault this place, they seem to just keep getting better and better.

My 5 and 7 year old got vaccinated today and both were a bit anxious. Staff could not have been better! Very reassuring, comforting and with plenty of distractions. Both kids said ‘it didn’t hurt a bit’ and were very positive afterwards, even looking forward to having their second dose! Would definitely come back here, despite having traveled for an hour this morning!

First time at this pharmacy as i needed to register my NDSS papers . I Recieved Amazing Customer service by Shenelle today. She helped me get a glucose meter and taught me how to use it. She was very friendly and patient, such customer service is a great asset to any business. Thank you! 😊

What a wonderful team! Everyone is always super friendly, Inviting and genuinely supportive of every customers situation. The store is consistently spotless and alot of care is taken to make sure all customers are comfortable and safe. The store has a wide range of products available for purchase, allowing you to do your entire shop in one store. The addition of the cafe and pilates plus health hub is also great as all your needs are taken care of under one roof. All the staff are wonderful and make you feel at home. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thank you Fullife family for your continued support and service over the 20 years that I've been a customer. Its much appreciated.

Popped into the Pharmacy last week and had one of the most amazing smoothies from the new cafe in store Thrive at Fullife. As always the staff were friendly and service was impeccable. Will be back to try some of the healthy treats!

The staff at Full Life pharmacy are reallly nice. They go out of their way to be of service. Staff regularly come up to me and ask: “Is someone taking care of you” or “can I help you with something”. Tony, in particular, stands out: he is so serviceable and offers to help in any way he can. I went in last Thursday and he noticed that I was in pain while I was waiting for my script to be filled so he informed me that if you’re a member of Full Life Pharmacy, they will come to your house to pick up the script and bring the meds to your house the next day and it’s free! I’ve been going there for a year now since I moved to Mill Park and I like them very much.

This is my local pharmacy and one which I go to all the time. The staff always have time for me, and listen and help me with my prescriptions and health concerns. Always easy to park, while there.
Now they have a cafe, I can enjoy a healthy drink, while waiting for my medications.
I may even try Pilates upstairs.

I was in the pharmacy yesterday and the staff were friendly as always and now they have the Thrive at Fullife cafe. I enjoyed possibly the best smoothie I've ever had! It was called the Awaken and I highly recommend.

Great customer service from a lady called Kristen I think 🤔 she was very knowledgeable about the items I was after 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 nice to see somebody with a smile in there face so early on a Monday morning too 😀
