Great Gormon near Rundle Mall! My partner loves this store. The staff are always friendly here, and have been very helpful when my partner tries things on. The range of clothing here is great, with new styles always coming in.
Prices are reasonable! You get what you pay for. The clothing has always been high quality.

The Sunday afternoon at about 3pm that I chose to come in and spend my $475 voucher they were swamped but the staff were really good considering I was in a significant line up they got to me eventually and were super helpful so I was able to maximise my voucher with lots of goodies. Very happy with my purchase and in a lot of ways glad that I had to go into store to spend my voucher as it couldn't be used online. There were a number of items that I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't gone into the store.

I rang the store today to get some help with a certain product but unfortunately the item wasn't available in store. Simone has gone out of her way to find the product for me from other store and offerred a few options for purchasing and delivery, etc. Simone was extremely helpful and very pleasant, there was nothing too much for her to help the customer. I'm very impressed.

The staff at Gorman Adelaide are off the charts lovely! They found some pants for me in a size the store didn't stock and had them sent to my house, and were so friendly and kind the whole time. Totally brightened my day. Thank you!

Online delivery received quickly but one dress was in a smaller size than ordered. I've been calling Gorman online for two days without being able to speak to anyone. The recorded message says there is no one to take the call. Terrible service considering faulty returns can only be made after speaking to someone from the online team!

If you return things，you can only get a gift card back. This means you have to spend this money in this brand again. HOWEVER，the physical shops dont take gift card. I have been told if I buy online with this gift card I cant get thjngs before Xmas. I checked and the standard delivery days is 1-8days. Today is 11th. I understand Gorman wants sell more things. But this kind of negative way makes me feel sad and can not be bothered anymore. I never feel such a relief when I spend that 200dollars gift card. I see this money is just a waste because there is nothing I really want from the shop. Such a bad experience.

Products are fantastic, service is terrible. My partner and I were just having a look around and made and enquiry regard products online that were for preorder, the sales assistant who helped us was very rude in her response, "no of course not, they are for preorder!" and snickered not a welcoming shopping enviroment. This service is poorly representing an iconic Australian Brand and ruining the shopping experience for I'm sure many other customers as this is not the first time we have had poor service from this assistant.
