I LOVE kikki K, they’ve got amazing stationery & office supplies etc. some of their designs are next level, the standard isn’t average. The only downside really is price, yes it’s beautiful stuff great quality but the price is still to much, alot of it isn’t worth it, I’d buy way more if a bit cheaper

Had a lovely customer service experience in store. My husband purchased a two book pack that was wrapped up. When we returned home to Vic, we discovered that we had two of the same book, instead of one of each. I called and spoke to Emma who was extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Brilliant customer service and a very happy customer.

Went in late on Friday 9th July to buy a card and received incredible customer service. The staff member was so friendly and helpful and I ended up also using the gift wrap service which was of a high standard and done with a smile. Thank you!

I went in to purchase refills for my everyday gel pen. While I was not checking properly, I picked up two blue boxes. I was about to make payment, and the lovely lady at the counter, TILDA - she was very attentive and mentioned to me that blue boxes are meant for blue ink, she wanted to make sure that blue was the color that I wanted. Oh my gosh, blue was NOT the color that I wanted and I was really grateful that she kindly mentioned it upon check-out. She then quickly grabbed the "black" boxes for me with a big smile in her face. I mean.. today is 15 Dec 2017, a friday night, the store is busy for the holiday season, I only spent $7.92 for two boxes of refills, I obviously did not expect any "experience". But TILDA delivered her very best and I can't thank her enough. This is exactly why I love Kikki.K so very much, the brand does not only offer beautiful products but also amazing staffs who care about delivering fantastic store experiences. 😀😀😀
