My favorite go-to place for authentic and delicious ramen. I’ve been here several times and it’s always good. Huge serving, very flavorful, worth every penny. The staff are also nice and accommodating.
No complaints. 10/10 ❤

My husband and I went there for Sunday lunch. We ordered their classic Tokyo ramen with extra spicy char-siu and some tapas dishes. The ramen was amazing and the broth is to die for! No wonder it won the best ramen in the state. Everything else was so good too. We couldn't fault anything. And all staff in the shop was lovely. It's not glamorous but it's so beautifully Japanese low-key. So glad it's only 5 mins walk from our home. We will come here more often 😊

This little eatery has some of the most delicious food I ever tasted. My family comes here regularly and we all have our favourites: The Classic, The Spicy Vegetarian Ramen, and Kaarage Chicken. The food is consistently delicious every time! The staff are always welcoming and attentive. Food comes out quickly and always made fresh. Highly recommended to anybody who loves quality Japanese food at and affordable price in a relaxed environment.

Been wanting to visit Black dog gallery and finally did it today. We had Sapporo and Spicy ramen (sooo delish!), onigiri (rice balls) and grilled gyoza dumplings. They serve huge portions of ramen, excellent tastes with reasonable price for all choices. I can say Black dog is one of the best ramen in Adelaide!

The ramen was so good, not too salty. The egg was cooked perfectly and the beef melts in your mouth.

One of the best ramen places in Adelaide. Had the char siu ramen and kaarage chicken. Ramen broth was very flavourful, with generous serving of sliced pork and the service was great.

Only criticisms were the eggs were slightly overcooked and the seating capacity is on the lower side (even taking into account the COVID restrictions).

I love that the springy noodles, rich flavour soup with runny eggs and moderately fat char-siu.
It’s a quiet and comfortable small restaurant where is full of Japanese style!

Have been going to BDG for a couple of years now. My personal pick of the best ramen in Adelaide. The broth is simply outstanding for all types of ramen. Service is always friendly and prompt. I always get the ramen. I cycle between the tonkatsu, Miso and Shoyu. All of them are outstanding. Get the extra chasu as it is a generous extra portion IMO.

Always a great time eating here. Friendliest service and the food comes out pretty much instant. One of the best places for ramen in Adelaide. 10/10 recommend for a quick lunch.

My husband and I have visited Black Dog Gallery several times. We love the food especially the Ramen. Some of the options are vegetarian and vegan friendly. They also have gluten free choice. The staff are very helpful and friendly. A very recommended Ramen shop in Adelaide :)

Fantastic service and delicious ramen. The best ramen I’ve had in Australia. I’m usually not a fan of ramen broth, but this broth was delicious! Highly recommend the soy. Good selection of alcoholic drinks too.

Every time I look back at this pic, I can instantly taste the ramen from Black Dog Gallery. It was our first time here and it was absolutely delicious. The selection of toppings was a great combo, i paired it with corn, kimchi & soya egg. the broth was salty but I eat lot of salt so i was v happy with the flavours. I would 100% recommend, and i've been meaning to go back!

This is consistently the best Ramen that I've ever had, this beats all of the ramen that I have eaten in Japan. This is my all time favourite restaurant in Adelaide now.

The broth is super consistent. My regular order is Tokyo Syoyu with the following - extra ajitama, kimchi, bean sprouts, 2x chilli paste. You can't go wrong!

Heard so many good things about this place and yet it's still an absolute hidden gem. I can easily see why it was recently rated the best ramen in Adelaide. Very customisable, only issue I found is it's only really offered with pork which I find hard to digest at times, would be nice if they could do a karage ramen or katsu chicken ramen, but loved it all the same and kicking myself it's taken me so many years to find and actually go here!

Great service and the food is incredible. Great flavours and just really delicious. My husband goes regularly as well and says it's the best ramen he's ever had. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, delicious flavours. Yokohama shouyu tonkotsu and jigoku ramen great. Also had gyoza so good and karage chicken so delicious.

My favorite place in Adelaide for authentic Japanese food. Friendly staff passionate about their food. Casual and relaxed atmosphere. Not a long wait for food. Ramen is delicious, large serves and very satisfying. Coffee is also awesome.
