The One Massage

Fantastic experience. I have put off tending to my sore neck and back for about a week now and I was recommended this place by someone I know and I came in and got the 1 hour hot oil massage and the 40 min (20min foot + 20 min neck and shoulders) and I’m walking out feeling like a new person! They also have remedial massage available and they do provide receipts for private health rebates too- AND the remedial has to be booked a day or more in advance (and they said remedial is available Monday- Friday - must call and specify REMEDIAL to book). Highly recommend them, look forward to returning.

One of the best place in Melbourne. I got massages from Jing, Alan and today was Nicky, I always walk our feeling massage drunk. I have been going here twice or 3 times a month for almost 2 years now. Highly recommended. Absolutely love them. Really helps with my training. Thank you guys 😊

Visit the one massage is your best option around st kilda. The masseurs are professional and attentive, especially Alan. He solved the back and leg problems for me and asked me where is the most pain area that he released and pressed stronger for that area. Love his deep tissue with oil 90mins skill, is really awesome and feel relax after massage. After finished, Alan asked me if I need some water.
It's definitely good service too. The place is clean, smells good, fair price, convenient, privacy.

Great place for a quick massage! I love the ‘Back, neck and foot 40min special’ Most of the staff are great - but it is a bit pot luck.

Been to so many different massage businesses and these guys honestly do such an incredible job each time. They really get into all of the muscles everytime and release tension!

My partner and I went today for a half an hour massage to pin point our problem areas. It was so good we booked in for another massage at the end of the week.
Highly reccomend booking in as they can get busy.

I get a semi regular head, neck and shoulder massage here - great massage at a great price. You often need to book and there's a good reason for that :) They know what they are doing here.

My husband and I went for a full body massage. Absolutely recommend it was great. Really pinpointed problem areas. Came out feeling fantastic.

Just had the best massage ever so thought I'd leave a review :) All the massages are done in one big room, either on curtained off massage tables or for the quick neck shoulder massages, on a row of chairs. While this means that the prices are lower than other massages in the area, the massage therapists that work here are all excellent and I always leave feeling a million times better than when I came in. Honestly fantastic massages at a great price.

A surprising excellent experience from a considerate, efficient all male team. The reflexology foot massage was systematic, effective and reasonably priced. If you're not dissuaded by purely functional decor, I highly recommend The One.

Can have long wait times and bookings required but understandable so I do suggest being patient with them and making a booking in advance . Can occasionally get over booked.
