Unbelievable service here. Great walk in flu shot service as well as competitive pricing on medication. Love this smaller business which is not like chemist warehouse which deliberately takes forever to fill scripts so you shop in store. Sometimes you just don’t have time

Such a lovely team and group of people. Amy goes above and beyond to ensure every question is answered and the service offered is exceptional every time. They offer recommendations, suggestions, and are always friendly and with a smile. It's not my closest pharmacy but I travel that little bit extra to remain loyal to the store and staff that look after me. Could not recommend them more! Thank you for your service, support and advice. Keep up the great work!

These guys are outstanding. The customer service is not only exemplary, but also completely genuine - they actually care about your health and your experience of the dispensing process.

I always assumed that the dispassionate aloofness, or even outright hostility, that I've felt at other pharmacies in the area, were just standard for the industry (Chemist Warehouse in Camberwell is the WORST for dispensing staff who treat you like a complete inconvenience). However Discount Drug Store's staff have reset my expectations, and I won't take a script anywhere else.

Price match chemist warehouse and didn't have to wait 30mins for my script! defiantly my new pharmacy. Amy the pharmacist and her lovely ladies that assist you in the store are absolutely great. Pricing of medications and other products are so reasonable.

Every single member of staff in this place has a warm and helpful demeanour. They go out of their way to cater for you and have a knack of remembering your whole families medical needs to better assist. Real community feel pharmacy. One of them even went to a different store to pick up stock that they didn't have on hand for me! Will never go anywhere else! 🥰

Amy is a champion. She's right on the ball. She always remembers me, even if I'm wearing a mask, and she remembers exactly what medicine I need for what things. 10/10 service.

I'd like to give them a "Zero" stars.
Walked in to sign a Statutory declaration, I saw 2 people in queue. Female pharmacist said it won't be long. I double checked that I need to sign a declaration ( The pharmacist just has to witness it). Her face has immediately changed and she said she is busy and I can come back after couple of hours. A. COUPLE of HOURS. Are you serious???

I went to Terry White at Camberwell shopping centre which is literally across the road. I was waiting in queue for a couple minutes then once it was my turn the friendly male Pharmacist signed for me a declaration in Literally 20 seconds.

Dear potential customers, I write reviews extremely seldom, but this is unacceptable service, don't waste your time here, there are so many other pharmacies around with amazing and friendly service!

The most rude male pharmacist I have ever come across. No wonder they are looking for a part time pharmacist - the other one probably left because this man would be horrible to work with. Avoid!!!
Go to Terry White instead. I went across to Terry White and was professionally and politely helped by its staff.
