My partner and I attended a Hypnobirthing Positive Birth weekend course run by Alexis over 2 days earlier this year. I highly recommend this course and Alexis to any person navigating pregnancy and labour- I cannot imagine going through labour now without this background knowledge. It was extremely helpful for both of us- but especially for my partner. He now feels empowered to take a more active role in both our labour and birth preparations, and it has given him a sense of confidence and assurance that he did not have before. Alexis is both professional and engaging in the way she presents the learning material, and we both felt at complete ease in her presence and shared many laughs along the way.
