Woolworths Hilton

I usually do some of my shopping here each Friday before I cross the road to my Karaoke venue! I've found this Woolworths always well stocked ,never out of stock! They have a comprehensive delicatessen,bakery and fresh produce sections and the place is exceptionally clean,tidy and aisles are accessible! On the numerous occasions I've shopped here,I've found the staff more than helpful and friendly! And yes ,they're in an excellent location with plenty of car park spaces! In my opinion, this Woolworths is one of the better stores that I've visited and will continue to patronise them each week when I'm in the area! A large store with lots of items ,goods and produce!

All in one store superb no words speechless all requirements under one roof n of best quality d best thing was they had free food for children that touched my heart n humanity exists proves money is not everything ❤🙏

A great Woolworths with friendly and helpful staff.
Kate, on the service desk on a Sunday was very helpful in locating a Chiller bag for me.

Tyrone, filling on the shop floor was also very helpful in locating Sweet Philly dip for me.

Not a huge range, but all the essentials are available.
A clean and well presented Store.

Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available.
Also underground parking with escalators.

Lovely female on service, helped me with my online order, I had to swap an item in my order & she was very considerate, exchange my item on Sunday 10/03 at 11:45 am. Thankyou

Like the underground carpark. The walking path of the aisle is small. You could find some varieties of products that are not seen in other Woolies.

Its great now, really friendly staff from all walks of life and with wacky lifestyle choices.

What a lovely wonderful clean air conditioned shopping experience ! The products are so beautifully laid out on the shelves, the store staff so welcoming & helping in finding your much needed loved product, the products were affordable not over priced & fresh ! thank you highly recommended 🌺🌷🌻

We had an absolutely fantastic experience! Emmanuela was very helpful and she went above and beyond in her service! She was super friendly and we had a lovely conversation. We would highly recommend giving her a raise and a promotion she deserves it! 10/10 Would love to have her as a friend!

Great bakery and fresh produce. From the street it looks like parking is limited but there is an underground carpark. This store also stocks a good range of fresh soups, even during summer, so if you care for someone who is restricted to a soft diet, this shop has great options.

Friendly Staff and easy to find products. Christine is the best Customer service representative at Hilton. Don't know why but always feel like shopping here. I think once you get used to one store you don't feel the same at other stores.

They are always helping costumers,especially me,as I couldn't find most of the time I'm looking for.i always recommended them including on fresh food sections,fresh ham on deli,and 5star meat too on meat,like lamb,pork or beef,especially my favourite.chicken breastfeeding,and buffalo wings I can't go without.

Massive store plenty room to move

Always stocked up here, always clean and presentable, the staff are usually quite helpful there is only a small handful that don't really care but most are very good here.

I often do not go through self check-out, but via cashier's to say hi to the staff. A few years ago they found my wallet in the shop and phoned me to collect it, they used my Woolworths reward card to get my details. I really appreciate it ☺

Always great. Quite a few empty shelves and had to ask for pricing on items as nothing was on shelf this time (eg 20 pack of frantelle water). Hopefully not a sign of things to come.

This is the best woolis of any of the stores I have ever been. Super friendly staff especially at the express checkout. Always smile and helpful.

Great place for shopping or coffee or a meal. Good underground car park too. The Schnit House has just opened as part of Hilton Plaza which is great for a casual meal, coffee or party!
