Stefan and Jakob have saved my life by cleaning my heat pump. After having to put it on 27 degrees and the highest fan setting, a good clean of the unit and I’m sweating with it on 23 degrees!!!!
They also quickly looked at my oven but that was fine (apparently I don’t know how to use it 🤪✌🏼). Great communication and very pleased with the price charged for the work done 😁

We recently did some renovations with Tones Solar & Electrical. They upgraded our switchboard, installed downlights throughout the house, as well as upgraded powerpoints, light switches, and smoke alarms.

Tones Electrical and Solar has been looking after all our electrical needs since we arrived in Launceston in 2017 and we have been delighted with their service and prompt attention to all of our electrical needs during this time whether it be for general electrical work, installing a new gas extraction system above our gas stove, installing a new control unit in our sauna, doing our yearly inspection
on our solar panels, ect. I could not

Tones had a large list of things we needed help with. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they did. Not only did they finish on time, but they did a great job. Nothing needed to be fixed afterwards. They were also, kind and respectful. They even tried to keep the noise down when my baby was napping. Will definitely be calling them again!

Tones were the install contractors for our Solar System and deserve praise for the quality of the work. Reece explained that given the age of the house and the non standard spacing of rafters etc, that the panels may not be possible to fit the panels as per the original plan provided to them by the system designers
The finished job looked a lot neater than I was expecting, the did their absolute best with a a tricky install
