The service you provide is the best I have experienced from any electrician in and around Launceston (and I have used two others before). Your prices are also so very reasonable. The electricians have always been so kind, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

These guys understand customer service. They answered the phone (hooray!), gave me complete information about their pricing terms, gave me a time, then arrived on time(!) and fixed my problem quickly. The invoice came within hours and the amount was reasonable. There should be more of it. I hope i never need an electrician again, but if i do, they'll be first on my list.

We had a few jobs completed on our property. All of which have been completed to a very high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending N.P.E. to anyone. All of the technician we had were polite, on time & happy to explain any queries we had regarding work undertaken by N.P.E. Many thanks.
