The workers here are lovely. My car had been hit and they (specifically John A) went above and beyond to fix my car. They turned my day around with their kindness and willingness to help. Thanks

Have found all interactions with staff has been positive. Staff have been obliging, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. And staff will find someone knowledgeable to help you out if they are stuck. However, I do find some customers "pushing their luck" a bit when it comes to the expectation of service. Staff are there to help not be abused

I just wanted to say a Big Thank you to Elias!!! He was on his way to have his lunch break but stopped to assist me. I wasn't sure what products to get for my project but he took the time to give me ideas and what i needed. He definitely made my experience amazing. Thank you so much

Helpful staff accommodating to illness and customers wanting to DIY and be more autonomous. Had a staff member help me locate items and pushed my trolley around! Thank you for your understanding!

This is my local Bunnings and so have visited countless times. The service is always good. Special mention to Maria at the door and Sue the manager who I dealt with recently in regards to procuring a warranty replacement item recently. It was a rather busy day but your composure and patience made it all a breeze, thank you

Since the new Preston store opened with its multi-level setup, replacing the old Northland store, I have not enjoyed going there. The multi-level isn't working for me, so I have been going to the Coburg store instead. It is a smaller store, so limited on some items, but great parking, traditional layout, and surrounded by other stores I visit such as Petbarn and Officeworks.

I had a great experience at Bunnings, largely due to Athena's exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made my shopping trip enjoyable and efficient. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing home improvement supplies.

I would just like to express the best customer service by far that l have recieved coming into your Coburg store this week and l frequent bunnings on a weekly bases.

Nice BIG store. Must be 80 aisles or more. Mid-sized nursery one end and trade the other end. Cafe & playground inside too

Extremely well stocked hardware store with 90 aisles of every conceivable item; plus a wood department and garden range division. If you’re looking for a smoke detector or door bell, there are multiple to choose from with an extensive price range. Kids play ground and toilets are free to use. At the entrance most weekend and public holiday’s you can grab a sausage in bread with fried onion for around $2.50. (All proceeds going to a local charity). You can ask questions from the qualified friendly staff, and for those big projects take part in the free workshop sessions and borrow the store car-trailer to help with the transporting of your purchase home.

What a wonderfull experience it was walking into the Coburg wood department today, greeted by two lovely young gentleman. Jack was exceptional and helpful with the time he spent serving us, what an absolute gem he is to have in the Coburg store. Made our day!!! Great work Jack 🪚🪵

Always Helpful, rare to leave without items

Today I spent an huge amount on Indoor plants , pots and potting mix. I was served by a fabulous young worker Penny I was told at check out. She understood what I wanted has an abundant knowledge on plants and happily made suggestions which suited my needs. I had the best experience up to date at Bunnings. Truely grateful for her insights and 5 star customer service. Managers please give this employee a promotion and raise. From a very happy shopper. Many thanks.

It's a Bunnings, a bit like buying a loaf of bread, does what it is expected to do.

I miss Masters, Bunnings people are helpful but sometimes hard to find.
