Australia Post - South Yarra Post Shop

This post office is hands down the best one I've ever been to! I had to send some tricky parcels today and had no idea how to do it but it was sorted out so seamlessly thanks to the friendly and helpful team here! Ever so smiley Chris served me and he cleverly worked out how to package it - he even patiently helped me do it all! Michael and Sinaed both kindly inputted some ideas (and some humour!) too.. Honestly, who would have known that an Aust Post Office experience could be so fun and easy but it genuinely was, thanks to these legends! Thanks heaps guys, you really made my day :)

Hey ‘Happy Girl’ you haven’t even got the right post office, that is Chapel Street LPO. Go to South Yarra for better service!

The team at South Yarra are so helpful and flexible to all customers, even the difficult ones. Linda, James, Caroline, Chris and Georgia really are great.

The guy with the beard working here is probably the best people person I've ever seen. He is actually the embodiment of Santa. Such a lovely guy, very helpful. :)

I am a regular visitor to the post office at South Yarra and never had a bad experience. The staff - everyone of them - have always been really helpful and answering my stupid questions. Keep up the great work guys
