all the dishes were a real hit and especially the crab pasta! Oysters were fresh and yum. We also had the spritzer, house white and house orange for drinks. Waiters were really helpful and friendly with suggestions. We also lucked out sitting at the corner of the restaurant and caught a great view of the sunset!

We ordered the oysters, salami plate and the pasta special of the night which was absolutely divine

Our server is amazing. She was on spot, show up at the right times, gave us a in-depth description of the menu and promptly shows up to assist us all the time. We felt like we were eating at the comfort of our homes.
My friend thought the food were on a small portion but food quality and taste is definitely top notch. Personal favorite is the oysters and Ricotta gnudi and pumpkin, side will be the grilled beans with almond.
Will definitely return to try the other offerings on their menu.

The food was amazing paired with great customer service. A perfect little place right opposite the beach! Would highly recommend the crab pasta and the spinach and ricotta tortellini!

Wonderful service, attentive and friendly staff. The food was delicious, well presented and of good portion size for the price and location.
The ceviche, king prawns and the crab spaghetti were all unanimous favourites.
Can be slightly noisy at times due to the floor, open space, high ceilings and no buffers to absorb sound, however it wasn't overbearing at all and the view was beautiful.
We were all very impressed and enjoyed our lunch immensely, many bottles of wine had and lots of food. Thank you so much for having us.

We use to love going to pontoon for a drink along the beach but when we heard they were going under renovations and reopening up as a pasta bar we were so excited to try something new and I must say we had the best experience at Stokehouse Pasta & Bar!

Food was outstanding, definitely recommend the pesto lasagna… it was so good we tried recreating back at home!

First time visiting the downstairs pasta bar, and we found it quite relaxed while still enjoying the beautiful view and delicious food & cocktails. We’ll be back soon

I highly recommend the restaurant and venue. We were blown away by the incredible creativity and flavours of the vegetarian dishes. A beautiful roasted eggplant dish, a fresh thin bread served as a big hollow ball, amazing cheeses with lettuce and pumpkin. The bar a manger was also very helpful and friendly. The food and the location with a view across st Kilda Beach to Port Melbourne are fantastic.

We absolutely *loved* our long, relaxed Mother's Day lunch on Saturday ! We had the best table and views, and access with Mum in her wheelchair was easy. Food, service, plating, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves. We especially loved the fig, celeriac and halloumi, the scallops, the amazingly crispy fish and chips with dill tartare sauce, the incredible octopus and chorizo on skewers (who knew?), the bread with anchovy spread, and the baked ricotta cheesecake with burnt honey cream. Yum ! We will definitely return soon ! Thank you !

loveddd stoke pasta and bar! very similar vibe to the previous br it was not long ago, Pontoon, but with a much more diverse and tasty menu with more focus on food rather than just drinks. seriously beautiful spot right on the beach, with the sun coming in a warm day its beautiful for some antipasti nibbles and drinks, or pasta for something more substantial. cant wait to return with a smaller more intimate group to really try more of the menu, but from what we had on our visit, yum! beautiful focaccia that goes fantastic with their side dishes like the grilled zucchini and beautifully marinated heirloom tomatoes! chips...11/10. and the pasta, yummmy! super tasty and fresh, and honestly LOVE the concept of doing entree/main/group sizes of each pasta dish. i think this fits really well as some people may come here for nibbles rather than big main servings of pasta, or the bigger sizes make it easy to share with a group! next time seriously got to try that tiramisu...! oh and service was fantastic! a lot of international workers who were extremely friendly and accommodating with drink requests too. thanks Stoke, cant wait to come back!

Loved the Crab pasta.

Our waitress was a very pretty English girl with big blue eyes，she was friendly and helpful, timed the service perfectly (we were hungry but we also didn't want to be overwhelmed by the food coming all at once.) and could not be faulted. She was knowledgeable about the food and respectful with regards to recommendations. The food was delicious, there was no pretension. As someone who used to be a stokehouse fan years ago, I'm so impressed I'm going to take the family to eat upstairs very soon! Thank you for making a great day out during Moomba.

Food, service, cocktails, wine list and ambience was simply superb!!
The staff was always attentative and friendly.
My family who are from interstate had never been there before and absolutely loved it.
Thank you much for the most wonderful dining experience and compliments to the chefs there also. HIghly recommend, will be back there for sure.

Good with cracking flavours, seafood and nibbles and antipasto and liquid desserts … seriously, what more can I want!

Sunset dinner this evening was beautiful and the hospitality, service and kitchen was just on point!

Located on the ground floor of Stokehouse precinct with a direct view to the beach. Unfortunately it was drizzling and windy on the day so decided to dine inside away from the cold. Started of with the grilled beef tongue which was tender and paired well with some pickled onions to cut through the fattiness. For mains, had the blue swimmer crab spaghetti was cooked well with a nice briny sauce and a dash of chili oil; the crumbs added some texture and helped with soaking up the sauce. Finished off with an affogato which came with a lady finger. Overall tasty food and decent portions for the dishes that were ordered. Staffs were friendly.

Super friendly staff made us feel very welcomed. Food was excellent. Really enjoyed our experience and will be back again soon for sure!
