Mint Lane Restaurant & Bar

This is my 1st time in Melbourne. My husband & I stayed for almost 3 weeks at the Element. During our 3rd night, we both decided to have dinner at Mint Lane, we ordered the barramundi green curry and lamb chops. It was so delicious! During the course of our stay at the Element, I ordered the barramundi 3x. During the Melbourne cup, after a day strolling the city, we were both tired and decided to order the goann soft shell crab and 24 hr pork belly. Both exceeded our expectations again! They are very yummy! Its a must to eat at Mint Lane when you are in Melbourne.

Sadly lamb cutlets were sold out, but still alternatives was delicious.

What a pleasant surprise! I’ve stayed at the Element Hotel many times in the past and was always underwhelmed with the restaurant and food. This is absolutely not the case now. Wow! The Asian inspired menu is exceptional. Mint Lane has some of the best food I’ve experienced in Melbourne… I have eaten here the last two nights and plan to do the same tonight!

A great restaurant in element Melbourne hotel. Dilip the hotels food and beverage manager exhibits great customer service experience on top of the great breakfast and dinner being served here.
Arrived today the 9th of March 2024 and was early for check in and Dilip offered a complementary hot chocolate as he saw my son was tired. Great customer service gesture!
Restaurants breakfast is always filling and nice as is the weekday dinner specials where you can get a main and a drink for $35 suggest the Monday and Friday specials as the best

The team at Mint Lane were so accommodating of our reservation changes, and were able to cater for our large group of nearly 30 people. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and allergies were easily catered for! We will be back:)

We stayed at the Marriott from 23/12/22 to 28/12/22 and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food is at their restaurant, MINT LANE. The chef has the skill of delicately combining flavours and textures that results in fabulous food. We look forward to returning to Mint Lane and the Marriott next time we visit our daughter.

We arrived without a booking, early but the staff were very accommodating, when the restaurant opened the menu was small but of very high quality and my wife and I were able to find something really enjoyable. The food was fantastic, the duck and lamb was some of the best we have had in years.

Thank you for making my birthday such a special night. My family reserved an igloo and we enjoyed food and drinks for hours. It was so cozy with the heating and plenty of sheepskin and cushions. Erin was constantly calling in on us to check our requirements, topping up drinks and delivering food.

Excellent service by Shinbinder! This place is a gem. Our meals were delicious. The place is nice and clean.

Love the lunch menu - lots of variety, including fresh and healthy options at a great price!

No issues if your dog is with you as, special sitting places are available too.

A little slow for food to come out. Great menu. Taste good.

The service is incredibly slow, the food is real good but many items are out of stock… pretty disappointing compared to the fantastic staff service from the hotel… not coming back!
