I loved it! The shop worker kylie, she's so kind! And I go to school with her son! Also she's funny 🤣 if you're wondering if you should get chips , coffee , burgers get it😆 from tracey

The customer service was lovely and the manager was very friendly, helpful and was happy to have a chat. The store was filled with a variety of things such as hot food, snacks, candles, lollies, deodorant and heaps more. The chips were nice and crispy and you could tell they put time and effort into making everything perfect for all the customers. Doing very well for a small business in a small town!

Had hamburgers every lunchtime for a fortnight, the chips are good also.

Finally, good food in The Pines! I had the steak burger and chips and it was probably the best steak burger I've had in a decade. The chips were fresh and crunchy. I'm gonna start bringing less food on surfing roadtrips because I can just get lunch here.

Great customer service

Really, really poor service. Combine this with the cost and you've got yourself a really bad time. The views are good but that's about all.

Edit - Of course, you assume my experience was on the day of the review. Well, it wasn't.

I'm 100% sure I have the right place. I find it astonishing that your response to my original review states that 'everybody was really nice yesterday." That would suggest that they aren't normally.

Way too expensive coffee, one size, large, and can't taste the coffee!! Should be 2 shots coffee in a cup that size and also for the price. It was terrible!
