Absolutely amazing service and care from the team. They knew my case and history from PCU in Adelaide. I felt confident and safe in the hands of Bree and Serena.

Spent the day there today with abnormal heart rhythm. Within minutes of walking in the door I was attended by a very efficient Medstar paramedic & RN.
All staff I had contact with were lovely and very efficient.
So pleased to have such a wonderful facility so close.

I recently had to attend the Maitland Hospital after being transferred by ambulance after a medical event. I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful, attentive staff who were kind, compassionate and thorough. Dr. Kocimski was the consummate professional, patient, thorough, and also attentive throughout my whole stay. I can't thank you all enough for your service and kindness during this frightening time for me. Thanks also to SA Ambulance volunteers. They came quickly and were very professional.

Thank you so much to the wonderful nursing staff who looked after me after being taken there by ambulance in the early hours of the morning. Kind, compassionate people who don't even have a doctor at the hospital every day and have to consult with one via Virtual Care in Adelaide. That truly highlighted to me the plight of country health services and how much more our govt should be doing for them.

Very efficient. Covid at the front door. Breast screening at the rear. All other health care, inside. A one stop shop!

A big thankyou to all the people doing the covid testing for you patience with a very long que. From the cleaner and police officer taking details to nursing staff doing the testing. I for one am very grateful that we have such a caring community.

Have required Covid test prior to Eye surgery 1st one was done at Kadina took too long. 2nd one at Maitland fantastic service result was back well before 48 hours. Friendly efficient service, well done.

Staff was incredible!

For a hospital accessed by a large area, I can only say that the care I have received has been good. Staff are under enormous pressure with A & E, but have always treated me with kindness. Thanks, ladies & gentlemen.

I can only say that during my frequent admissions in the past year, I have received wonderful care from the nursing staff. Under pressure as frequently no doctor available on weekends. I have great respect for the staff and their kindness has been marvellous.

Condescending know it all staff, backed up by management who provide little value or care planning, but assess using misinformation and judgement

Only go here if you have all year to wait in the waiting room and hear more about the staff getting perms in gossip than getting any form of help
