The rice and curries were so yummy, healthy and such a great deal at $11. Highly recommend getting the iced chai as well, which was well flavoured and not too sweet (I asked for half sweetness).

Had such a lovely vegetarian lunch here. I think it’s going to be my favourite place now! You can choose any 2 curries with rice and salad for $11.80, and the lady is so nice to give me more rice when requested.

Ambiance is so calm and relaxing, and there are limited seating available outside at the front and back of shop.

Definitely highly recommended for vegan or vegetarian 🌱

Lovely place. Great value $11 for two curries, rice and salad. Daal was delicious. Range of vegan baked goods which looked amazing. Calm atmosphere with gentle Indian music playing, I sat here for a few hours and got some work done. Only left because there aren't any power sockets for your laptop - next time I'll go fully charged!

Awesome, friendly staff and a great quality food. We were craving for Indian style tea to which the staff went above and beyond and got us pot-boiled tea instead of frothing it. Loved the gesture and the tea. Ah, did I miss mentioning the tasty samosas? They were equally good, if not better.

Here’s a little collection of the feeds I get from here. As you can see, good variety and there’s way more to choose from in store. Food is extremely hearty and clean, it’s just some good, clean, cheap food nothing fancy. Very deserving of every star though as staff are always so nice, vibes are always nice and food doesn’t disappoint especially when it’s all vegan!! Completely heaven-scent.

Soulful food, surrounded by the mercy and love of our Supreme Lord's pictures, this restaurant is beyond amazing. The food is sanctified, hence prasadam and what more could anyone want? Vegan delicious food, amazing range of chais and desserts! I love love love Radhe's Chai Bar.

Tasty food at a good price in a nice environment. It's air conditioned inside (important on a 42 degree day like today) and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a range of predominantly vegan curries, salads, and savoury options, plus a nice collection of cupcakes, brownies, and cakes if you want something sweet. We recommend the kofta balls and spinach curry.

Surprisingly vegan. You don't miss the meat. I'm not vegan and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. It's the best introduction to try Vegan food if you've never tried it. The food is very very tasty and freshly made on the premises. Even for a big eater you'll leave feeling very nourished and content.
The serves are definitely bigger than average and very good value for money. I'd highly recommend this place. Catch the #12 Tram from Collins st( corner swanston st) and 12 mins later you'll arrive practically at the doorstep!! Enjoy yumminess. I will be back next week!

Went back and ordered takeaway the following week. The service was wonderfully friendly and the food consistent and amazing tasting.
I like this cosy cafe which is smaller and feels more relaxing than their sister stores in the heart of the CBD. The ENVIRONMENT is very RELAXING and TRANQUIL. It's very NOURISHING for the SOUL.

Radhey Chai Bar is a small restaurant with various healthy vegetarian and vegan options. From my experience, the staff are extremely friendly and I believe the food was very tasty and flavoursome (I got curry with rice and salad and apple crumble). They also have burgers, wraps, chips, roti bread lasagna and desserts that one would typically expect to see at a cafe. This is one of my favourite restaurants and I would recommend it for people visiting or residing Fitzroy who like vegetarian or vegan food.

Quaint little cafe with cheap, wholesome food. The chai latte/teas are their specialty and I highly recommend getting the vanilla flavoured one. They offer vegan and vegetarian food mainly, however I did not get a chance to try these bit will be back to in the future

Very yummy delicious food. They have good deals of vegan specials and bake specials. Although there’s not enough staff to help out during busy times.
