Blackout Restaurant and Lounge

Such a great experience, from the food to the drinks to the service- we were on a ladies weekend away from Brisbane and just wanted chilled vibes, great drinks, Shisha with amazing music and blackout delivered-especially Ange who completely looked after us! Highly recommend!

Last night, my partner and I had a really amazing time here. I wish I had gotten the server's name, but she was very helpful in picking the right shisha for us, especially since it was our first time at this location. We'll definitely come back again; we missed the belly dancer the first time, but we'll be back for the food as well.

This is my third time here. Love it! Best place for the boys, relaxed dinner or pres for a night out.

Food and service are amazing! If it's your first time, I highly recommend the Wagyu Cheese Burger. Best cheeseburger I ever had in Melbourne. From there explore the menu. They are also popular for their pizzas (a lot of takeaway and deliveries in and out)
Vegetarian options are also available. Service is top notch and super friendly. 👌🏼

Cocktails are unique and vibrant. Do try them out and look out for the 2 for 1 cocktails or $12 cocktails events!

Atmosphere is chill and relaxed, while playing R&B music. Filled with art and displays. Feels like a night club, but in a lounge. Add a shisha and the vibes are a whole next level!

Wow the barista made us an amazing spicy chai latte, we ordered wood fire pizza and it was one of the best ones I had in a while. The staff were 10/10 kept coming to check if we were happy with everything. Definitely coming back here highly recommend.

We had such a fun Friday night at Blackout. The food was amazing and the shisha was awesome. Waitress K was very accommodating and friendly. Can't wait to hang out there again.

Stumbled across this venue and my partner and I were blown away from the moment we walked in. The venue has obviously had a lot of thought into the decor and design. The vibe was awesome from the outset.

The staff greeted us with a smile and were very pleasant throughout the evening. I'm glad we hadn't eaten as everything we had off their menu was actually delicious.

They have a great selection of drinks and the Shisha was bang on. If you're going to have a Shisha, try the fresh apple head.

Do yourself a favour and pop in for an evening. You won't be disappointed.

Looking forward to the next time we find ourselves on Brunswick St as we will definitely be coming back.

Always love coming here. Tried out a few shisha place the shisha here is long lasting, and they replace charcoal without asking. So great service and the food is really worth just coming here for it.

Only thing I would love to have a change is softer music. Very hard to catch up with friends

Madness, straight up. We had a work function with 40+ people, the vibe upstairs was A grade and got to hang with the boys after close. Best fresh shisha heads in town. Make sure you hit Rocky up, number 1 host. My new local…. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly the BEST food, service and shisha around . New vegi pasta is amazing bursting with flavour . Service is on point so welcoming Thanks guys we will be back !
