Brosa Studio+ Fitzroy

Extremely happy with my online, sight unseen purchases. The Mia coffee, console and lamp tables are beautiful design and well manufactured. Easy to assemble and are a great addition to my lounge room.
Now waiting for the lockdown in Melbourne to cease so I can visit the showroom. Next purchases on the list, bedroom furniture.

Beautiful, comfy and very high quality couch.

I Brought 2 Charles wingback arm chairs, I knew the moment I saw them on line they were exactly what I was looking for. They look better in person & look beautiful in my main foyer area. Great quality and great price, better than anywhere else I've looked.

My husband and I visited the Fitzroy studio and loved everything there! We actually went to see a specific bed but it wasn’t on display. We did end up buying a couch online later that night after loving a lot of the furniture in the studio. Absolutely love our couch. It so comfortable, really modern and great quality. We've received so many compliments from visitors. The customer service at the showroom was outstanding! Sarah came up to us in the studio and was absolutely lovely. She listened to all our ideas and we had a chill non-pushy conversation about pieces of furniture that would work in our new home. Later that day she sent us an email with everything we liked and pieces she suggested with links to their website. I also called the Brosa team to reschedule my delivery day and they were very helpful and friendly. Loved my experience and furniture from Brosa and would definitely buy more.

Could not be happier at this stage. Unfortunately, delivery took a while but that was made quite clear to us at the time of purchase, so no problem there. The sofa is extremely comfortable and whilst it's early days, appears to be well made. We opted for the silver glove option and the guys who delivered it could not have been more helpful. Very happy with our dealings with Brosa.

Brosa customer service exceeded our expectations. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful, furniture was in stock and delivered promptly by courier. The communication throughout the entire process was brilliant. We were able to book the delivery day. The day prior we were advised about the specific 3 hour time slot. The truck was on time and we were even able to track its movements on the map near our location!
And the furniture is great too :-)

From start to finish my experience in purchasing from Brosa has been amazing.

Eda, BROSA stylist helped me making my decision where I was a bit confused between styles. She looked at my house drawings and made suggestions accordingly. She is very knowledgeable about all the products. She is very friendly and has been very helpful all the way.

When I received the furniture I was really amazed with the way they were wrapped and placed into boxes. There was no way they could have been damaged in transit.

Great service from two different team members. They were attentive without being pushy and gave great advice. The showroom is also really nice. We bought a couch (which we absolutely love) and found it really easy to organise delivery, etc.

Beautiful furniture and worth the wait to have it made per-order. I love this concept as it's far less wasteful and the quality is spectacular! The delivery was wonderful and delivered on time and with care. The customer service was super friendly and personable. I love that I can wash the couch cover and cushions easily and the couch is so comfortable! I will be ordering from here again.

I met Molly - Brosa interior stylist - today when I dropped into the studio for ten minutes. I must say that she is a real asset to this business. With her expert guidance I decided to purchase a bed, side tables, and a few other items to complete my bedroom look. I had seen the products online, along with many others, but it was Molly's email follow up ( just minutes after I left the studio), that left me no doubts. She's very personable and talented, and provided a solution to my space and decor problem. Highly recommend Molly and Brosa (Fitzroy studio).

The in store experience at the Fitzroy store was great. Both Tracy and Ebony were so helpful with my questions and spotlighted furniture to meet my needs.
My online consult with Ebony was so useful she was able to provide a range of options to fit my space and vision.

Ebony continued to support me with my next stage of purchases where she went through more furniture options and created a mood board for the space. Thank you Ebony for your prompt responses and all your ideas and suggestions.

I had the best experience with Tracey @ Brosa today. It was a fabulous 1:1 consultation where we looked at my needs, the space I had available, and various products in the showroom. I have come away with 4 pieces I am completely delighted with. Tracey provided great advice on styling and coordinating the rooms I needed to furnish, and there was no hard sell or pressure to purchase, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I didn't go into the store but I did order online after speaking to staff at the store who were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making my purchase decision. My bed was delivered, unpacked and assembled by the delivery team with all packaging taken away. Very happy with the quality of the bed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store 👌

Loved my experience with team Brosa. Customer service was brilliant. Helped me through and through by being prompt , kind and helpful when needed the most. Initially I placed an order for a four seater couch and due to delivery confusion i had to cancel the order. Having said that, team Brosa were very prompt to refund my entire fees with no hassle and provided clarity with the delivery dates . I once again placed the order for a four seater couch. It's been nothing short of a dreamy experience, love my sofa!! Exactly what I needed for my city apartment. Couch has brought the entire apartment look together. Thanks team Brosa. 💟

I’ve previously orderEd dining chairs from Brosa and we get lots of compliments on them. Although I’ve yet to receive our new bed frame I feel confident it will be excellent quality.

I am very thrilled with my new bedhead. It was bought to match an occasional chair. The quality of the workmanship and linen is perfect. My order came quickly and I was advised of its progress in a professional way. Once again Brosa has proven to be a great company with which to deal.

I purchased the double size gaslift bed, and queen size arch bed head (as I wanted to have a slight overhang on each side) - both in classic cream. I'm so thrilled with my purchase, and highly recommend Brosa! Not only for their products, but delivery and tracking process. The frame was straight-forward to set up as well.

I was really pleasantly surprised at the affordability of this beautiful, high-quality furniture. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too. I had been looking all over for a particular type of sofa and refused to back down on the quality but they were just completely out of reach everywhere else. Brosa not only had the exact sofa I was after, it was actually more comfortable, better quality and cheaper than anywhere Else I had looked. Furthermore, after I ordered my sofa, they had a sale on it 2 days later and when I called up
