What an incredible institution!

We visited Costante Imports last night to participate in their fresh sausage & salami classes!! I wish I could do more of these!

John, Carla & David were incredible! We instantly felt at ease & like we were cooking with friends! Their knowledge & skill to teach was incredible! Handing down all the tips & tricks they have learnt from their Nona’s & families!

We walked away with the skill’s, knowledge & determination to make beautiful fresh produce for our family!

We visited the shop this morning to buy some products & everyone we encountered was so friendly & helpful! David went above & beyond to help us & ensure we were comfortable in what we were doing!

We will absolutely be back & wont be buying our supplies from anywhere else!

great range of products with good service. worth a visit

Such a great shop to buy your appliances and hardware for home making Italian goodies. The staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful. We were from interstate and only carry on baggage so they kindly posted our goods home. Would highly recommend visiting the store or website if you need anything.

I visited the shop, I hadn’t been there for 30 years, it’s a lot bigger however the service and knowledge is excellent. Giovanni took me on a tour showing me his store, current batch of salami etc. I could spend the day there

Bought a few items online and accidentally selected click and collect, wasn’t an issue as I was passing through the area for work, glad I made the mistake though as got to see the inside of the store. Lots of amazing stuff in there and high quality, didn’t have time to stop and have a proper look but definitely will be back to get some more stuff. Really happy with the items I ordered and staff were very friendly.

Bought a pasta machine off them. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and did everything really quickly. They seem to have a good relationship with the machine manufacturer which is very reassuring if anything goes wrong.

Really impressed with the range of products and how legitimately friendly and helpful all the staff were! Had four different staff help me in the short time I was there. I went here for some winemaking supplies and they had everything I needed. Great shop for kitchen creatives. The only thing they lack for winemakers is a full yeast selection, but more exotic yeasts are easy to find online.

Really impressed by my first visit and will definitely be going back soon. Great vibe and huge range of European products.

Absolutely love this place. Been coming here for the past couple of years. My nonno and dad have always come.
The one stop shop for my salami making, passata making, pasta making.
Whenever I’m here I spend hours looking at all their goods. If you’re into wine making, bread, olive oil or just love cooking, you’ve got to come here.
Good go on for ages how much I love this place.

I've driven past Constante for almost 7 years on my way to work, and I'm lucky I didn't visit until now or I might not own a house. This place is amazing, the variety, selection and quality of their stock is incredible.
We purchased a Tomato Crusher and found their staff super knowledgable with intimate product experience you can't find online. Their prices checked out too, the cheapest place to purchase a FB machine in Melbourne once you allow for shipping. If I had a Credit Card with a higher limit, their 160L stock pot would have come home too and maybe a few Copper pans.
They apparently run Salami making classes and given the customer service I experienced on the phone and in person we'll be signing up.
Great to see a strong, family run business thriving and I look forward to producing my first batch of proper Italian sauce ever with the help of Constante supplied products and consumables.

A great spot to browse for all the tools, machines and gadgets that you'll ever need for home food preparation, preserving, cooking etc. They know what they're talking about and can easily offer advice if needed.

Great shop! All the basics for home brewing supplies. Beer yeast & hops are in a fridge up the back. Helpful staff, don’t be shy to ask.

I had a problem with a mill I bought there and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful in getting me a replacement. This is the true test of customer service and they passed with flying colours!

Once again visiting the store to pick up items bought by daughter inlaw and just great service and products.

This is the place to go to buy Italian food preparation gadgets. They have everything, they are down to earth and cost half what other shops cost for the same products. Fantastico!

Great with huge selection and friendly staff. Great for finding those things that are hard to get. Like bulk citrus acid.
