Dairy Bell Northcote

Amazing donuts, amazing shakes, and whoever the girl was working around 11pm was delightful! 10/10 would recommend, my personal favourite is the chocolate gelato!

Northcote dairy bell is such a great welcoming store. Staff are always smiling and happy and offer you to try all their ice cream as soon as you arrive :) highly recommend giving their BISCOFF ice cream a try its AMAZING

Amazingly delicious and fresh donuts!! Although whenever I order using uber eats, menulog etc there is always a donut or two that are not what I ordered. The first time I wasn't too fussed but its happened about 3-4 times now which is quite annoying.

As a delivery driver. Dairy Bell looked good. There are a couple of businesses operating from here. Food I picked up smelt delicious. Service...not much and slow!

Ice cream and Donuts are GREAT!
However staff are an issue: when I visited last Saturday at 5.05pm there was only 1 staff on replenishing donuts. I wanted a thick shape but was told I'd have to wait 15 mins for staff to arrive. I couldn't wait so I bought a donut and left.
Next day I arrived to find 2 staff on but not wearing masks! They were reasonably pleasant but acted like they didn't really want to be there.

This place is a puzzle. The donuts really are very good, and the variety is tremendous – but they've been open two times in five on my recent passes by. Last time I stuck my head in, I was told the ice-cream freezer was broken. Someone needs to get this place in order.
