Bought a new sofa and ottoman from crafted and loved that I could get it custom built to the length that suited my place and was still a reasonable price. I’ve now had the sofa for a few weeks and love sitting and laying on it as it is very comfortable. Thanks to Ruby and Yasmin for all their assistance during the buying process.

I came from Mornington Peninsula on a Sunday as Craft said they were open only to find a handwritten note on the door saying the shop is unattended due to a customer appointment. I suggest to any customer looking to visit to call first.

Not the quality you'd expect for a $3,000 bed and unhelpful customer service asking me to drop the cover off an hour and a half from my house to assess it when I sent multiple pictures and told them I cannot drop it off is there another option they have ghosted me
