Angelo and his team of pharmacists are exceptional. They go above and beyond and offer a highly personalized service. The pharmacists here don't just "dispense" and forget. They operate as true health professionals, not only do they remember names and treat people as individuals, they take the time to explain how to safetly and correctly use medication.

The place is a little difficult to get to if you follow Google Maps and you've already entered the centre from somewhere else (Google Maps tells you to go around instead of upstairs and directly to the store). The experience I had at this pharmacy was fantastic though. The chemist is so personal and affable. I had never been before and was popping in to get some Nurofen (and stat!) and yet I had such a good chat and positive experience there despite my raging headache. Speedy service, highly recommend, would swing by again if I needed anything. Prices were also reasonable IIRC.

The pharmacist here is absolutely amazing and so helpful every time I have been in there, doesn’t try to convince you to purchase things you don’t really need and has such a wealth of knowledge and incredible customer service

I was recently away in Melbourne and needed some urgent help before my next flight out. Southgate was extremely happy to help me over the phone organize my prescription from my doctor in Perth. Driving back to my hotel in Melbourne they had everything ready in minutes, so I could go straight to the airport for my next flight. (I had not even met them face-to-face before) The team at Southgate rang me back to confirm that it was faxed across. The service was outstanding and will not be forgotten.
