Kew Library

Not many kids around ( well, I visited on Saturday afternoon though) and desk is divided so that you can concentrate on study. Also there are nice sofa area you can sit / kids area they can play toys, you can read books for kids.
One of staff was really friendly, she didn't had to help me on some request that I asked, but she went to the staffs area and helped me. Thank you 😊

Lovely books for kids and friendly reading corners. Blocks, dominos, colouring sets are extras. The library is adjacent to a very beautiful garden where people can enjoy reading under green shades.

Great staff - friendly and helpful every time I visit. Large collection of new books, with multiple copies held for popular books. Good range of magazines. Plenty of parking around the back and also easily accessible by PT using tram 109.

Such a cozy place. The return and borrow system is very modern and tech based which makes it quick and easy to use.There are many books to choose from and books are in great condition.The staff are lovely. I also enjoy borrowing books and heading to Alexandra Gardens which is just next to the library to read.

Staff at Kew are great. I am not knowledgeable of some technology and they are patient even with other library duties.
The library senior staff and managers are especially good in supporting less experienced staff.

I have benefitted greatly from their assistance on numerous occasions.

Served by a staff who was very helpful, friendly and patient. My not so good English and a little hard of hearing, she repeated her explanation to me to make sure I understood. Left the library after getting my membership card feeling very pleased. One regret, I didn't get her name. Thank you.

Building a bit old but everything else is top notch, a great selection of books (really onto it) and busy staff that a still friendly and really make the effort to help out

The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and friendly, and the internet is quite fast. Parking was easy on Saturday morning also.

The kew library is one of the major attractions for living in Kew. The staff are lovely and always efficient at getting books sent from other branches and new acquisitions. I was horrified to hear that Trinity had their eyes on the area-not another basketball court when we've got a fantastic community hub that serves so many activities. The amount of Kew library lovers is huge . Love the library and all the amenities if popular usage is anything to go by.
A thriving cultural centre versus a basketball court is a no brainer for me and all of the users I know.

I recently needed to use Kew library's computers and printers. The staffs assistance was nothing short of amazing, so friendly and patient. Keep up the amazing work guys... Rating 6 stars 😀

Wonderful service, lovely to have. Excellent place to research local history, study, or just borrow great books from their selection.
