Got my 2nd Covid-19 vaccine dose here. Easy to book online using HotDoc. The nurse who administered was lovely and quick. No waiting around for my appointment, they were very efficient

This clinic is a great clinic! I’ve been coming here for many years and I could not be happier. The receptionist Daniella is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, supporting and helpful. She is always happy to help and does it with a smile on her face.she is always happy to listen and help out with last minute things when she can! Nurse Erin is incredible, she always gives me such great care and is very nurturing. I have never meet a nurse so kind. She is very gentle with injections van barely feel a thing! Lastly, Dr.Cristina is an angel. She is one of the best doctors I’ve been lucky to see. Takes her time with the patients and always takes time to listen and understand what the problem is. I cannot recommend this clinic more!

A huge shout out to Dr.Ishani. She has been our family GP for more than 12 years. She is extremely caring, patient and has a wealth of knowledge. Rest of the doctors including Dr.Sarah & Dr.Laksiri are great too.

The receptionists and the management staff are very polite, compassionate, and full of patience.

The online booking system is fantastic and follow up care is amazing.

Wonderful team of doctors and staff. Very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with one of the receptionist lady who helped me to get my medicine from pharmacy .pharmacist was keep saying she did not receive the script where doctor/ receptionist sent it already several time. Receptionist was very kind to talk to me several time , fax the script several time and then finally talked to pharmacy and get my medicine ready quickly. And Dr.Ishani is a awesome doctor who does thorough check up and gives important to every bit of small concerns we have.i recommends her to anyone.

Me and family have been seeing Dr Sara since 2017 and she is absolutely the best. She uses her experience and skills very well for diagnosis and provides treatment. The only reason my family travels far from another suburb to Taylors Lake is to see her. She is friendly, humble and a good listener. She has been very good with my daughter. There was also an instance where Dr Sara proactively followed up with my wife to check about my daughter continuously when she was sick and ensured right actions were taken for my daughter to stay well.
Kudos to Taylors Lake Doctors too for the effective time management. We have never had any issues with gettIng an appointment when needed. Also the waiting time at the clinic is well managed i.e. we have to hardly wait for 5-10 minutes to see the doctor.

Such a friendly and efficient practise. I had my first appointment as a patient with Dr Sara and she was very warm and made me feel very comfortable. Have made it my primary practise of choice.

Best Medical Center I’ve ever been to, they are so professional and they are so understandable. Met doctor Sara, she’s so humble so polite and she has lot of knowledge in her field. I've stuck with Dr Cristina after my gp of 15 years retired a few years ago and I've never been happier. She's incredibly compassionate, knows her stuff and I often refer friends that want a doctor for female issues or for their kids.

It is the best place to go. They treat you very well. I don’t know other doctors but doctor ishani is best for Bub. People in reception and nurse is so helpful. Great clinic in west. I recommend it to all parents.
