Buying a new home-having loved our last home for 20+ years and looking for a while, we have experienced just how frustrating some agents can make the purchase process. As Executor of an estate I contacted Hodges. From my first meeting with Michael at the home I was quickly reassured that he was the best agent to meet our needs. Michael took the time to listen and provide excellent professional advice. His local knowledge, understanding of the market and who the property would most suit was on target. Given this was my first time I ran into a few administrative problems. Despite this Michael was always on point with providing directions and options. The campaign leading up to auction ran smoothly. On auction day (The rain came down! Typical Melbourne) but it didnt put the slightest dent in the day. Genuine buyers were present and a well run auction with a great result occurred. So not only are Michael and Hodges staff the best. Dare I say they are simply better than the rest.

Our eventual buyer was identified early in our campaign and he continually circled back to them when appropriate, as our respective positions evolved.
