Staff are friendly to me when I visit.
Don't remember the employee's name but a certain employee of the branch, with a WRX, helped jump start my motorbike when the battery died unexpectedly. Didn't even have to ask as he heard my motorbike not turning over and offered to help.
Appreciate it a lot!

The manager a staff were wonderful and very happy to help me through a difficult time, can’t say enough about how great they are at Pascoe Vale branch.

Friendly efficient teller - I got in and out of there in a hurry this week so this is not a reflection on the branch itself BUT how can the CBA with it's Billions of dollars leave multiple branches understaffed. Pascoe Vale on Cumberland many times only has 1 single teller working through a line and people scattered everywhere in a very small room. Also not happy that their execs get big bucks to be political from time to time. Will leave the CBA as soon as time permits.

Shuffled through with no hint of genuine interest regarding my inquiry or concerns. Female staff member provided poor customer service, did not explain anything and did not manage to resolve my issue.
