Sally from Intrinsic Motion Pilates, is an amazing instructor, who puts her heart and soul into sharing her knowledge of and love for Pilates. She’s always well prepared, but also ready to respond to injuries/aches/pains etc. She brings an infectious, joyful enthusiasm to every session, and my wife and I always walk away each week feeling better than when we arrived. Extremely highly recommended!!

Had my first Pilates session today. It has been about 10 years since I have done pilates and that was at a gym.
Sally is amazing!!! So warm and approachable and outstanding knowledge. We have created a program for me so I have homework to do (which is what I wanted). I am so excited and feel sooo good from my first session!
