Good catering of hot food and traditional roast pork Vietnamese rolls. A slightly expensive venue but they do provide excellent product and service. Very quick to provide service as soon as you walk in the door. The venue does have a good selection of hot food. There is a lot of in-store seating and good selection of drinks on offer.

Offstreet parking out front and also a very convenient toilet inside is available.

Efpos is available the at the high prices you won’t find any surcharge on the use of Efpos.

Great food and coffee. Impeccable service and a genuinely pleasant place to go and get something to eat. Definitely a hidden gem in this industrial area.

Tried a roast port & crackle Bang Mi and I have had one every day this week.

Loads of room to dine in during opening hours, good place for a quick stop! Staff are energetic, honestly I rate there sandwiches 10/10 over the rest but that's just me :)

Ella James has the best spring rolls around, they're at least double the size of regular spring rolls with pork, vermicelli noodles, shredded carrot and such in them.

They also have a great selection of regular cafe food and Vietnamese Banh Mi with plenty of tables and friendly staff .

Came in here for a late lunch during work, and I think I must have been the last customer before closing but the staff were all still very friendly and let me eat before they closed which was appreciated. Got a Banh Mi and it was delicious

Called in for a coffee and some lunch. Friendly environment, clean and tidy with a wonderful array of drinks and food.

Coffee was delicious with their own signature brand.

I had a BBQ pork Bahn Mi which was delicious.

Just drove by and stopped after landing at the airport. Hidden gem!!! Got a regular flat white and it is delicious even for Melbourne standards. The Banh mi I got was tasty and fresh too, even the chicken schnitzel one as grilled chicken was sold out. Will be back.

A work mate insisted that I go here to try their signature roast pork roll. Wow! They are amazing. Service is good and the staff are lovely.

Always so fresh! The Bahn Mi are all amazing but the star of the show is the spring rolls. TREAT YO SELF to this amazing little local spot. You won't regret it!!

One the best lunch around, if you work in Tullamarine you must try it.

Went there a few days ago, the staff were very friendly, good service. The foods were good and I love their coffee. Good outdoor area catchup with friends too. Highly recommended!

Those steak and cheese pies are delicious! Chunky steak pieces and real cheese. The pastry is light and crispy. I’ve been here twice now and I’ll be back for sure.
