This is the 2nd time we have used WD for our home renovations. We had carpet installed by Tony in 5 bedrooms which we cannot fault. WD have competitive prices and a huge range of products. So much so, that we don't look anywhere else to compare prices any more. We also had engineered flooring installed by Marc from Ash Timber Flooring. He was fantastic, also cannot fault his workmanship & attention to detail. Both renos were stress & hassle free thanks to WD, definitely recommend.

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Troy to help me with some Carpet. Absolutely amazing service, extremely knowledgeable and professional and took the time to get me the perfect carpet. This place is massive. I purchased some carpet from them recently and the range is simply mind blowing. If you can think of a colour or style or pattern, they'll probably stock it. I spied their installation schedule and it's enormous. Testimony to their work I guess. You may be in for a wait. Everyone I dealt with there on a busy Friday afternoon was friendly and professional. If you need floor coverings at a great price, at least put them on your list. You won't be sorry. I know I'm happy.

Very helpful assistant, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Lots of floorboards to choose from. As yet to comment on laying as it hasn't been done yet !

Great customer service from Anthony. Being a tiler by trade, he was full of advice, gave me tile samples and was very helpful. Didnt rush me, showed me different tile styles and spent good time with me even as they were closing for the day. Was recommended this place by a friend, and will return. Thanks mate.

This is the second time we have used WD for their carpets - they are so professional and solution focussed! From Colin who knows his products more than the back of his hand, to the office team who serve with smiles (you can hear their smiles on the phone!) to people like Joshua who lays their carpets with charm, agility and grace even when it’s a difficult job and funny angles. Have visited a couple of times over the duration of the current project and would assume I totally frustrated the staff in this section. They however never waivered from being professional and courteous, needless to say knowledgeable on the product sought. So impressed with the timber flooring team at Western Distributors. Adam was incredibly knowledgeable and able to help us understand all of the various considerations and challenges with our renovation. Adam was flexible and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The team were incredibly patient with us in the selection process (we visited the showroom 3-4 times). We also had to have the installation dates change to fit around our other tradies and Marc was flexible and efficient and did a beautiful job. He even installed new skirting boards for us. Really impressed and happy with our new floors. Great prices too!
