We recently built our home with Mimosa home. We had very good experience. Very good customer service. Very professional and built was as per plans. All The work was very well finished. We are so happy with the smooth ride from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone who is thinking to build a new house.

We have now been living in our new home (Saba 250) for 3 weeks and loving everything about it. We had a few delays but nothing to drastic. The end results have really been worth the wait. We feel our home has been built to quality standards and is exactly what we envisioned from the start. Overall, we had a great experience building with Mimosa and wouldn't hesitate to build with them again.

Very satisfied and happy with the construction quality of Mimosa homes. It was very easy to communicate with them from the start, they have a great team who gave us constant updates of the construction, site supervisor was also contactable all time and gave us updates. The construction time was reasonably done quicker than we excepted. We are happy with the construction and customer service received.

We had a great experience so far with Mimosa homes right from the start. We are yet to start building and hoping the same great experience while construction/completion of our home. We have built few times before and rarely came across a sales consultant like Jay who is super talented and and very experienced.

From finding potential properties to helping us negotiate an ideal contract, Rajeev from Mimosa Homes was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. We built our house with Mimosa in 2019 and after 5 years, I am rating them 5 stars. There have been few minor things here and there, but it all comes to an end how the builder listens to you and rectify things for you. Nathan our supervisor and Mr Grantt have always listened to us. If you respect the companies procedures and policies, these guys will definitely do their best and will solve your issues(if any). Treat them fairly and get treated fairly. Being in the building and construction industry myself, if I am being asked this question - "Will you build with Mimosa again?" my answer will be Yes, I will.

I have chosen to build with Mimosa in Wyndham Vale for a number of reasons. They had good set of floorplans and the base price is very reasonable. I have had an excellent experience through out the build process. The staff that I came across during the pre-site phase, colour selection, during the site phase and my site-supervisor were very knowledgeable, prompt in communication, always updated me with latest on what is happening. They sorted out all my queries, very straight-forward on discussions. There were absolutely no confusions, no delay, no stress at all for me. I made a customisation as well on the standard floor-plan and there was no hassle at all. I could discuss on all my concerns transparently with them and get sorted out at each stage. I am really happy with the final outcome of the house. I chose all the standard options during colour selection with few essential upgrades. The house stands out elegant, each job is perfectly finished. I had a some delay in construction during December and Jan due to holiday season. However I did not mind them. I could point out any minor defects to the site supervisor, he was very helpful in fixing all of them, and handed-over the house on time. Kudos to pre-site customer service officer Kathy, on-site customer service officer Jessica and site supervisor Kieran.

The team at Mimosa has been wonderful with their support throughout the build. Any issues were dealt with quickly and effectively by Ashley and Claude. Would highly recommend for their professionalism and speed in getting things done.

Building a home with Mimosa a second time around has been a positive and rewarding experience for us. Our pre-construction process timelines were met. Communication has never been a problem starting from the Sales Consultant, Bianca up to the Pre-Site Customer Service Officer, Kristine who gave us good communication, regular updates, inquiries answered quickly in a well-organised and competent way. Overall, we are greatly satisfied with the customer service experience. Choosing Mimosa Homes again building our home is a good decision we made.

Mid-construction Review: We just received our Stage 2 construction invoice and are very happy so far.
The construction process is going as per the given dates, and Stage 1 completion to Stage 2 completion only took a week.
All the issues discovered by our private inspector during the inspection are considered and fixed. Extremely happy with our supervisor Ash Hateley and Customer Service Officer Mercedes Bristow for their efforts :)

We are using Mimosa Homes for the first time and were a little on edge not knowing how things will work out. Our experience so far has been wonderful and Monique who is our presite customer service officer has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The best thing about her work is that she always keeps us in the loop and her email responses come back straight away. There has been days where I have emailed her several times and each time she has responded straight away. This shows her topnotch work ethic and I must request Mimosa to recognise Monique for all the hard work she puts in. I'm extremely happy with Mimosa, especially considering the price and quality of the product compared to the cost and the post-purchase maintenance service. Their customer service is great as well. I will be building more with Mimosa in the future
