Always happy to see us at their showroom and warehouse staff are very quick to pick our order. When we are more organized - we order online - such an easy way to purchase! If there is a product that we need ordered it is nice to know OPack will have our back. They offer next day deliver and even custom print packaging including a logo design service, and that was very handy when we first opened. They have kept us running through tough times and were always friendly. Interactions are always customer focused.
