Massive post office. Easy to find and access this location. Quite a queue for assistance on a Friday afternoon, but the line moved quick and I only waited 5 mins. Greeter at the door was helpful and knowledgeable.

Love these guys. Manager, Anthony, is brilliant! Sorry to see 'Elvis' & Vanessa leave to other branches. Great to walk into a place, and staff greet you like an old friend. Great job Patrick, Deb, etc.

Very clean, modern & easily accessible post office. You’ll find a good selection of packaging to suit your needs, staff are very friendly and are quick to help with any request you may have. The addition of a 24/7 vending machine makes this a very unique location.

Went in on a Friday afternoon and was served by an Asian lady. She was so nice, efficient and helpful in ensuring my parcel gets delivered successfully. Was a very seamless process to mail quite a big parcel. One of the best experiences I had in AusPost.

Nice place with great customer service. Self service opens 24 hours and very easy location from Melbourne central. Few self service machines and lockers facilities as well.

I used the service while in Melbourne. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It makes my stay even more enjoyable 😉

Great service by the young guy at the queue line, gave me clear, easy instructions about the rapid passport process, lady who served me was across the whole thing, she took my passport photos and submitted all under 5minutes and gave me the reassurance and guided me where to go and what to take to the passport office. Super impressed 👏 👌 🙌

The best experience I have had in a long time.
There was a huge line, but with good reason, there was a lot of people and they were fully staffed and taking time with each customer. The lunch time rush.

A lady kindly walked up and down the line to check in with people.

The team were so kind an happy with one another. Was a breath of fresh air, even in peak times they were all happy and smiling.

The post office may get very busy during peak periods. Staff are great and patient. They take the extra mile to ensure customers are served. I has the pleasure dealing with Ashley who assisted in getting my daughter’s passport processed. She was very helpful in identifying issues in the application form to ensure a glitch free processing by the passport office. Well done to the Auspost staff here. Highly recommended post office.

Got here 10 mins before they opened - after reading some reviews I just wanted to make this quick - like ripping off a band-aid. There was already a short line at the front, so already I was expecting this to be drawn out.
However when they opened the door at 9AM on the dot, every counter was occupied by a staff member and the line dissolved immediately. I was warmly welcomed and the process of renewing my rapid passport application could not have been more pleasant or smooth. The lady who served me was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
My passport was turned over within the day - faster than was even promised. I would definitely return.

This is one of the best places for a passport photo, better lighting and staff willing to take couple of shots for choosing. Remember to be nice to them. Thank you to Gorgie and everyone there as well. They are friendly and helpful, I don't feel rush at all.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Francesca at the Australia Post office in the Melbourne GPO, and I cannot say enough good things about her. It was during July 2022, that I needed to process the entire family's passport applications, and Francesca was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the process.

Not only did she answer all of my questions and concerns with patience and kindness, helped me make an optimal decision regarding passport fees and collection. She also made sure to double check all of the paperwork and documents to ensure everything was in order. This attention to detail and dedication to customer service is truly rare, and I am extremely grateful to have had such a positive experience at the Melbourne GPO.

I visited this outlet for passport services and the store was nothing less than pure pandemonium. The queues were far and people impatient, diverse in their language skills and each with their own u inquest needs. The staff tirelessly served and assisted each person fairly, patiently and as fast as they could. They were all fantastic especially the passport clerk. I couldn’t do that job, and I have an understanding for the expression “going postal”

Super nice and helpful staff. Came in on a busy Monday and staff at front was very helpful in directing what I need to do to post my item. Shoutout to Holly at the front desk who was super nice and patient with explaining the steps on how to send my item overseas, showed me what I needed to fillout and to skip the line once done and came back to her to get it paid and posted off. Was super nervous coming in since it was so busy and I didn't know a thing about posting, but the staff really made my day!!

Was a wonderful experience. The staff managing the crowd was helpful and Francesca at the passport counter was wonderful. She did sussh me a few time but that was to get the thing done right. Five star for the friendly service and exceeding my expectations.

Francesca is an absolute gem. Such patience and thoroughness. She probably does millions of passport applications but never once did it seem like it was a chore for her. She looked after me very well this morning and am so very grateful to have met her. Thank you Francesca! Big hugs!

I was served by a lady with short pink hair and she was very lovely! She processed my passport application promptly and made sure that my photo ID was perfect. She even handed me a mirror because my make-up was smudged so I can fix it 😊 Thank you so much for your amazing customer service!
