Box Hill Police Station

Box Hill police saved my friend's life. They effectively prevented a serious crime. Though the reception may sound rude, they fixed the issue in a day, which was more important! Thank you! I used to think they are all scary and only fined people, but through this time, it seems like they really are doing their jobs well.

Last night (Saturday 12th July) I travelled in the Belgrave train to Blackburn Station arriving at 9.15 am. As an older person I do not like to use Public Transport after dark so I was most grateful when the two Police Officers who were on duty at the station, agreed to walk with me to my car. I would like to thank them very much and if we all knew that there were police at each railway station to safeguard travellers and especially older people on their own, I think we would be more inclined to use Public Transport.

I have found them a great crew of much support even tonight, in the past make cars work RACV, at least get home safe. Good experience again.

I was a little embarrassed to report an issue with people doing high-speed rat runs through our street - Vic Pol are really busy people! In spite of this, the Constable that I spoke with was incredibly understanding and patient.

Not sure why all the bad reviews but my experience at Box Hill Police Station was pleasant. I went in with a minor issue and the police officer (Dayne) took the time to look into it with a friendly attitude.

Responded really fast from hang up the phone and arrived at Mcdonal’s at Balwyn took less than 5 mins. Sort out a group of drunk teens in the street. Rock 🌟

Every police officer I have spoken to at this police station are professional, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns, and provide with excellent objective advice. All are a credit to the Police force.

Friendliest of staff that provide a great personal touch. Goes to show that good management, creates good teams.
